Wunderbar!!!

Wonderfully delicious German food! Started with a side salad with house dressing which was sour cream based and so unique & delicious. The sauerbraten was so tender and served in a bed of red cabbage mixed with sautéed onions, bacon & brown sugar. The potato dumplings were done to perfection. My... read more

My family is from Bavaria and I grew up on Oma's cooking. This is the Taco-Bell of German cooking. I had Rouladen @ $ 19.00 . It was three very small pieces, the size of your thumb. German food ,to me , has always been hearty. The Sauerkraut was tasteless, mushy and greasy. Portions like you would expect in a... More

The service was bad, the food was bad, the ambiance was bad. What else can be said. I wouldn't recommend to an enemy. It's tries to be German restaurant but comes off as a roadhouse not worth visiting.

I would like to give one star for slow service alone, but I can't justify that without first trying the food. Twice now, my husband and I have tried eating at Kaiserhof unsuccessfully. We arrived relatively early for dinner on both occasions (first time at 6 p.m. on a Thursday and second time at 5:00 p.m. Saturday) hoping to be... More

The new management is not up to the task. When we arrived we were informed by he manager that the credit card machine is out of service. There was no sign on the door nor any posting on their website. We were a group of 5 and came at a time when only three tables were occupied. Once we gave... More

Great German food, waiter spoke german, decor very German/Austria, music soothing. Great place for conversation and relaxing meal. Would make speacial trip if anywhere around area. We split the German Sampler which was still a lot of food next time will eat dessert first. Tap German beer excellent.

My husband is German and thinks that his sampler platter was the best German food that he's ever had. I had bratwurst and loved it, too. Our faves: rouladen, sauerbraten, sauerkraut, bratwurst. We liked our Spaten Pilsner on draft, too. If you're looking for some great food and friendly service, eat here!!

Some of our neighbors decided recently to go to dinner at local restaurants in order to support the local economy and encourage our relationships. That being said, we decided to eat at Kaiserhof because we have ALL passed up this establishment but never eaten there. We all ordered something different and were generous with each other so all taste buds... More

This restaurant is a gem. We all got different things and all of us really enjoyed our food. A little far from Houston but worth the drive. The service was very good. We will definitely return.

We were looking for a real German restaurant since travelling in Germany many times. We tried this restaurant and it is not representative of anything German other than the name. First they did not have any Dunkel beer. We were served draft Octoberfest beer in March that tasted old. Then we were really disappointed to hear they did not have... More
