Our family stopped to let my wife have her way and get some seafood. We all ate well and enjoyed the great weather outside with the band. Service was very good.

Great deck, outstanding service (Anthony) and very good food make of Sam's a great place to have a relaxed weekend meal and drinks. The shrimp cocktail, the stuffed jalapeños and the blackened mahi-mahi were very good and Cajun red fish was ok but the red beans are really good. Overall a very good experience.

There were flies Everywhere, the waitress was incredibly Rude, the food was Horrible. If all you want to do is drink beer then you should probably go here. Will Never go back and will let all my friends know to save their money!!

Ok place for bar food. Bar stool were very old and wobbly. Definitely needs replaced before someone gets hurt.

Tried this place twice. Both times the service was awful. Food was just mediocre.both times, but it is the service that drove me way. I'm not into the bar scene, so maybe if you are going for the bar, but this is not a place to go for food.

Took a client to this place for lunch. It smells like a gars age can when you walk in and there are flies everywhere. Our waitress was visibly not happy to be there and did a great job of making us feel uncomfortable. We were going to come back later for drinks, but decided that any other place on the... More

This is a very scenic restaurant. Our lunch food was fine. Loved the view of the lake. Our waitress was very green but also trying very hard. We ordered margaritas and asked that my wife's be mail with lime juice and not much sweet and sour. The waitress said no problem but margarita was still to sweet so we asked... More

Passed by this place many times, so my wife and I decided to try it out with my wife's brother and his wife. Went on a Friday afternoon, the first day of August 2014 and sat outside because of the pleasant weather. We were greeted with a smile and taken to our table. We did not wait long until the... More

When you enter the front door a terrible odor. Grand daughter wouldn't go to the women's restroom because of the odor. Flies were taking over; couldn't enjoy our food. Chicken was dry, dry, dry. Won't go back.

We have stopped here several times while on Lake Conroe. The wait staff is friendly but be prepared to wait a little. Service is not always that quick. Food is good and the seafood is always fresh. We also like the hamburgers and oh let's not forget the mile high nachos. It says appetizer but holy cow 4 people can... More
