Pizza Snack is Unique

We had read about Luigi's on TripAdvisor and had to try it. As background, I grew up near Chicago, home to great local pizza and pasta places. When I walked in to Luigi's, I felt that I had gone back to 1974 in Des Plaines, IL. And I mean that in a good way. Red checked tablecloths, chianti... read more

Gotta love the Pizza Snack it's got it all, Pizza, Pasta & Salad and it's Fresh, Hot, Quick and Good, just what I look for in a Lunch. Give 'em a try, I'm sure you will add Lugi's to your favorite's list too.

The date of my visit has been much longer ago, but the restaurant has left such a bad taste in my mouth that i refuse to go back. I went with a friend and his fiance back in the late 2000s and i remember waiting more than 20 minutes for a table since they were so busy. When we were... More

Luigi's is a Midland staple. There may be a line, but WAIT! Trust me. If you get anything other than the pizza snack and a lovely glass of Chianti, you have made a mistake! (Don't forget the side of ranch dressing! Best Ranch Dressing in town!)

Surprisingly good pizza in what seems like a West Texas culinary wasteland at first glance. Stopped in on a whim in February 2015, enjoyed good service and great thin crust pizza.

If you want good, hot, fresh Italian in Midland Texas this is the place to go. Longtime Midland staple. They know what their doing and do it well. I always love the pizza snack ( half a pizza of your choice, side of pasta with sauce, salad or soup, and fresh hot bread and or bread sticks.) Or any of... More

Being Italian, I always compare food to Grandma's. The food at Luigi's is good, but not quite to that level. We had the baked lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. We did not taste any garlic in either dish. The lasagna was more cafeteria like - a 4-5" square reheated in a bowl. The eggplant was tender, but still lacking in flavor.... More

The food is good, nothing special, however for Midland it is considered good. It has been around a very long time. It is very hard to park and small.

Everything is good, really. A very local feel. We love it and go about every two weeks. Better go early or prepare to wait. There is a two drink minimum, but for the owners good reason. Pizza is thin crust, best in town.

When some of the top restaurants in the city are Chick fil a and Dominoes, I didn't expect to find anything that great. But I am so glad I decided to take other reviewers word and try this "Midland Establishment". The place is a quaint little building near downtown. Quite dark inside but nice feel. It was packed on a... More
