For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands. Few working mills now remain. For Don Felipe, the man who first established the restaurant in the 1990s, the windmill of El Molino Blanco represented the traditions of his homeland. Today it reminds us of a fundamental food still prevalent in the Canary Islands and represents our commitment to preserving the best of Canarian traditional cuisine combined with the finest ingredients and years of culinary know-how to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Choose from our inside dining room set within a traditional covered courtyard adorned with curios from Tenerife's rural heritage intertwined with rich foliage, or on our garden terrace with its scented flowers and lush tropical plantings. If it's a special occasion, why not book our intimate gazebo table set within the garden which gives you additional privacy in a rustically romantic setting. From the moment you set foot in El Molino Blanco we want to ensure you enjoy the very best food, service and entertainment so that you go home from your Tenerife holiday with precious memories to last a lifetime, or at least until you return to share your time with us again. "Through excellence in food, service, ambience and entertainment, to provide a feast for all the senses and a memorable dining experience customers will want to repeat"

Lovely food in rustic location

This restaurant is located in beautiful ambient rustic surroundings with a courtyard and Spanish hacienda style building. The food is freshly cooked and delicious and served by attentive staff.

Went last week after hearing so much about it. Nice enough place but food way overpriced. Cheesy singer and inattentive waiters. Would I go again - I don't think so.

We went for our Wedding Anniversary, and was booked by our hotel. Food as always was excellent. Seated near the front so had a good view of the entertainment which consisted of a singing chef, pianist and a Frank Sinatra type singer. The only thing that spoiled it for us was a family of Spanish people sat next to us... More

We have always considered this restaurant special over the past 20 years, it's been 7 years since we last visited but this time found it disappointing as the table service was not as good, the entertainment was ok ( a piano player and a Frank Sinatra type singer ) the food was tasty but nothing to brag about, we ordered... We've been here several times in the past and loved it. The food is pretty good and the ambience and entertainment is normally really good. It makes this a really special evening. I was disappointed this time that a singing chef came out and sang all evening! It wasn't my taste, but it was interminable. He demanded attention, so it... More

This is my second visit to this beautiful and tastefully laid out restaurant. I do save it for special events, partly due to cost and partly not to overuse it. The reception you receive, the attentiveness of the waiters, and, of course, the quality of the food, are all excellent. If you mention any special occasion when you book they... More

I have visited this restaurant 4 or 5 times with friends now. The setting is beautiful with vines and plants and is very convenient from our hotel for a group get together. There is a piano with Frank Sinatra-type songs and dancing if you like. Lovely for us semi golden oldies! The food is fairly good although a little on... More

I had no dislikes here. The restaurant is set in a quiet part of the suburbs and tastily decorated. The food was to die for and I would thoroughly reccommend everything on the menu

Me and my girlfriend had booked up way in advance to come here and we are glad we did! I asked if they could have a bottle of bubbly waiting for us and there it was when we arrived, nothing was too much effort for great customer service! We both ordered the fillet steak in rock salt and it was... More
