For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands. Few working mills now remain. For Don Felipe, the man who first established the restaurant in the 1990s, the windmill of El Molino Blanco represented the traditions of his homeland. Today it reminds us of a fundamental food still prevalent in the Canary Islands and represents our commitment to preserving the best of Canarian traditional cuisine combined with the finest ingredients and years of culinary know-how to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Choose from our inside dining room set within a traditional covered courtyard adorned with curios from Tenerife's rural heritage intertwined with rich foliage, or on our garden terrace with its scented flowers and lush tropical plantings. If it's a special occasion, why not book our intimate gazebo table set within the garden which gives you additional privacy in a rustically romantic setting. From the moment you set foot in El Molino Blanco we want to ensure you enjoy the very best food, service and entertainment so that you go home from your Tenerife holiday with precious memories to last a lifetime, or at least until you return to share your time with us again. "Through excellence in food, service, ambience and entertainment, to provide a feast for all the senses and a memorable dining experience customers will want to repeat"

We have been before but the standard of food has dropped significantly ie bland, tasteless, tough meat. The desert was truly awful neither of us could eat it so we complained. This is where the experience really nose dived. Despite sending full plates of food back the maitre d made no effort to speak to us if anything he avoided... More

YES - the ambiance, the surroundings and the actual restaurant itself are very nice, in fact probably one of the nicest restaurants that I have ever visited. NO - unfortunately the food did not live up to the surroundings. We ordered a medium rare fillet steak and a medium chateaubriand. Sadly the chef or waiter got these the wrong way... More

Charming looking restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Good range menu with good service. We ordered seafood starter and main and they were all good quality and no complaints. Had some apple pie at the end and it was fantastic!! Atmosphere is nice. Good free parking space nearby. Will visit again!!

Visited for lunch after visiting the very near Aqualand. I am sure the waiter (Francisco) thought my two year old son and I were casually popping in and couldn't care less what service we received judging by his demeanor from the outset. Actually no, I am used to good restaurants and do not appreciate your pompous attitude even if I... More

Lovely food, friendly staff, attentive service all in a beautiful setting .The restaurant is like a Tardis much bigger than you think a table outside in the courtyard is lovely but indoors equally stunning and the singing chef has an amazing voice a very special night

We've been to El Molino a number of times over the years, our recent visit was fabulous as always. My friend and I shared a rare chateaubriand (serves two) for our main course. The quality of the beef was truly exceptional and good Lord, there was way more than enough between us! Thank heavens we decided not to order starters... More

This was our second visit, with 3 years in between visits. It was just as we remembered, food was delicious and service was good. We really enjoyed the singing chef, unfortunately as we had a little one with us we couldn't sit for too long to enjoy for longer

I have been all over Tenerife over the last 15 years, eaten in the majority of restaurants but had never visited El Molino Blanco before. It was to celebrate my partners Birthday and our Anniversary. The food was fab, the singing Chef was fab, the piano player was great and the lounge singer was very good too! All in all... More

The two of us had a lovely meal whilst on holiday in Tenerife. We reserved a table on the terrace and were seated in a delightful, private little summerhouse! The food and service was first class. Prices are average for a restaurant of this calibre and we would certainly recommend it for a special meal or special occasion.
