For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands. Few working mills now remain. For Don Felipe, the man who first established the restaurant in the 1990s, the windmill of El Molino Blanco represented the traditions of his homeland. Today it reminds us of a fundamental food still prevalent in the Canary Islands and represents our commitment to preserving the best of Canarian traditional cuisine combined with the finest ingredients and years of culinary know-how to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Choose from our inside dining room set within a traditional covered courtyard adorned with curios from Tenerife's rural heritage intertwined with rich foliage, or on our garden terrace with its scented flowers and lush tropical plantings. If it's a special occasion, why not book our intimate gazebo table set within the garden which gives you additional privacy in a rustically romantic setting. From the moment you set foot in El Molino Blanco we want to ensure you enjoy the very best food, service and entertainment so that you go home from your Tenerife holiday with precious memories to last a lifetime, or at least until you return to share your time with us again. "Through excellence in food, service, ambience and entertainment, to provide a feast for all the senses and a memorable dining experience customers will want to repeat"

We visited this restaurant recently whilst in Tenerife after it being recommended to us. We had prebooked as suggested. A group of 6 of us went on a Sunday evening which I believe is the quietest evening. Staff were very welcoming and we were quickly shown to our table and offered drinks. A very good Menu with lots of choice... More

Visited as a couple in late December 2014 for a celebration dinner. We had eaten here 12 months prior during a 2013 holiday with friends and enjoyed a really good evening. The setting inside the restaurant is really nice. Food and service during our 2013 visit was excellent with meat & fish dishes taken by different members of our party... More

We had lunch here having read the very good reviews below. The staff were kind enough to serve us a drink outside before the 1pm opening time as we arrived early. The food was very good and the menu extensive and the outside eating area was very nice at lunch. Road noise is a bit of a problem as the... More

We had a terrific evening here with friends. We were nervous that it might be too touristy - but we needn't have worried! Chateaubriand for sharing and all fish dishes got the thumbs up. We were very impressed with the Singing Chef. He was so entertaining. Great atmosphere too.

We had dinner here on Saturday night - it was a short 7 euro hop from our hotel Coste Adeje in a taxi. The restaurant appears to be a purpose built complex with a windmill in it's centre. It is done out like a tropical paradise & is dimly lit & pretty. It was full of mainly couples having celebration... More

It had been at least 4 years since I last visited. The owners have changed since then. The interior is still the same however which is not a negative, the low level lighting, fairy lights around the place all add to the ambiance. The menu was just great in terms of choices and options. The wine list provided a good... More

We were looking for a speial night out and this was the answer. We booked on line and got confirmation and a promise of an excellent seat which was delivered. The atmosphere was Superb. The Chef came out and sang with a beautiful Tenor Voice. They had a dance floor where many guests parcicipated. Live Music continued during the meal.... More
