Went to this restaurant by chance. It's air-conditioned - nice for pleasant dining especially in hot weather. Very pretentious atmosphere ; complete silence ; staff were good but only talk to you when we asked for something. Steak - did not know the Canarian serve the sauce on top of steak and cooked it - If we have known, would... More

We went there since we heard positive feedback about it but we were not completly satisfied about the paella: 33 € for rice with a lot of chicken but few fish! Not what we expected!

We were looking for simple food after our evening arrival in Gran Canaria and were pleased to be able to have my fresh fish and her lobster cooked as we wanted them. The restaurant is a pleasant surprise inside, bright and cheery with friendly, attentive staff. We were very happy with our experience and will return later in the week.

We started one evening with the paella: excellent! Next time hake in saffron, a typical canarian dish: divine Perfect service from all sides

We came here, having read the good reviews, and would possibly go back again. We really enjoyed the starters we had (squid), but didn’t enjoy the paella we had for our mains. We arrived at 1030pm (closes 1130pm), and the paella was served within thirty minutes when a good paella takes a good forty minutes. It just was a big... More

It's quite easy to find mediocre food in this part of town, but Rias Bajas would stand out anywhere. Great selection of fresh shellfish - we treated ourselves to some percebes - and all the fresh fish and sauces you could want. Very nice service and pleasant atmosphere even on a Wednesday night.

A really lovely restaurant we first visited two years ago and it was great then. We returned in January 2014 for an equally wonderful experience. It's situated right next door to the Yumbo Centre so easy to find. No views particularly as the restaurant is slightly below ground. But inside are tanks containing live lobsters if you need a distraction!... More

Wow from a food perspective.Really verrrrrryyyyy good sea food. Should be #1 in Gran Canaria. At the same time, it might not e the restaurant we would have entered if we would not have seen this in the Michelin guide. Everything is very clean but looks a bit crowded. However, don't worry. Entering here is worth every penny.
