Great service, beautiful decor but very salty food

This is really a great place considering the enormous amount of trashy touristy dinner locations in Maspalomas. The service (especially the very professional manager) is great, excellent. The restaurant is decorated in a pastel/beach/sea style with comfortable seats, fresh flowers and feels... read more

Lovely professional service, all were very attentive and couldn't do enough to please us. Compared to the trash that is around, this is a five star gem. Highly recommend the grilled prawns or the mussels. Unlike previous comments, we believe it was very reasonably priced - where else could you get 2 fresh fish main courses, 2 puddings and wine... we had a warm welcome in this Restaurant, but we we're disappointed about the fish plate for two persons. it'svdefinetly not worth the price and overall a bit overprized too.

This is really a great place considering the enormous amount of trashy touristy dinner locations in Maspalomas. The service (especially the very professional manager) is great, excellent. The restaurant is decorated in a pastel/beach/sea style with comfortable seats, fresh flowers and feels romantic and luxurious. Great fresh fish food. Only problem is that the chef uses way too much salt,... More

This is a fairly large restaurant, but the service was always prompt without being too attentive. Staff were all friendly and helpful The restaurant specialises in fish, which our party of four ate on two nights, so we can not comment on the rest of the menu, but all our fish were perfectly prepared, lovely and fresh.

we last visited this restaurant about 15 years ago and were pleased that it was still first class. We had a simple pimientos padron (fried green pepper) starter and the grilled whole sole; top quality fish cooked perfectly. Too many restaurants overcook fish. Tarta de Santiago and ice cream finished off a perfect, satisfying meal. A first class Albariño wine... More

We went on the basis of the reviews here, we like seafood and it was local. Everything was as expected, great food and service, even the complimentary Grappa at the end, then everything changed. It took 3 requests to get our bill, even more to get our change. It was as if they hoped we would leave an enormous tip.... More

Second visit here since we enjoyed the first so much. However, I ordered what was described as veal on the menu; but it was clearly a bit of old rump steak. Fatty, difficult to cut and disappointing. I complained and the manager took the item off the bill, which is perfectly fair enough but WHY even try to pass something... More

There are 3 restaurants in this privately owned chain and I would be sure that you would get excellent food in all of them - we dined in two of them. The sizzling prawns in oil and garlic are very good at Rias Baras as is the iberico black ham - it's great to see a fish restaurant than can... More

We went here on our first night is playa del ingles and were not disappointed. The fish was very nice indeed - I had the baby squid to start and monkfish in white wine sauce main, both of which I would highly recommend. The food was nicely presented, with a few boiled and peeled potatoes and some muscles. Although the... More
