Still as great as ever!

We ate here for my birthday in January as it's an old favourite and has a unique atmosphere. We were welcomed warmly by Oliver who remembered us from previous visits. The food was as good as it has always been, though the menus seems smaller, and lacked my favourite boquerones (something I noticed... read more

Myself and my partner have been coming to this restaurant for as long as we've been coming to Gran Canaria, which must me over 15 years now. In all that time it has been run front of house by the charming and incredibly good looking and 'buffed' Oliver. He and the amazing selection of traditional Spanish tapas are undoubtedly why... This is very small but very good restaurant, suggested to reserve a table. There might be tables available outside without reservation. The service was professional yet very friendly, got recommendations with food and wine. This is some real food, not inferior tourist food as 90% of Ingles restaurants.

This really is a gem in Playa Del Ingles! Forget about all the other, touristic tapas places. This might be full of non-Spanish people as well, but it seems like it is more a place that for example cabin crews have found than the average tourist who never leaves the area around the Yumbo center. The food here is great.... More

After trying to get a table at various tapas bars in the area, we were lucky enough to get a table without any reservation (last table! so you better make a reservation in advance). The service was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared (you can taste it!) and really nice (a little bit disappointed about the... More

This place served the best tapas we had in Playa Ingles. We tried quiet a few of the dishes, do try the the bacon shrimps and the new potatoes with mojo! Everything was tasty though and the Sangria tasted ever so good with it! Live Music :-)

We had 6 dishes, all 6 were good. Reasonable price pity bread got to pay, its the basic that most restaurant should provide. No price should be asked for bread, in my opinion.

Used to live and work in Gran Canaria. This is a gem of a place to eat. Every time I go back to Gran Canaria I make sure I eat here. So much history and ambience to the place (everyone writes on the ceilings/walls/doors/fire extinguishers - messages from years and years ago!). Food absolutely amazing. So tasty and delicious. The... More

Good atmosphere very friendly. Food had its highs and lows but can recommend the mussels and prawn dishes plus the garlic bread. All in all good value for money, we would go again
