We have just returned home from our family holiday in Salou, we visited the Bell Tavern twice during our stay, and both times were greeted by the lovely friendly staff. To keep our children amused Kathy brought them both an Etch-a-sketch to draw on. Budweiser 3 for €5 which is pretty cheap! Couldn't comment on food as we never ate... More

This restaurant is easily the best in Salou, it's run by a very nice family, and they provided us with great service! The food was outstanding, the chicken burger was the best. The drinks were good and the restaurant was in a great location

Not sure where the other reviewers went or if it's a Scottish conspiracy. Cheap yes, quality not really. We had pie and chips and expected at least something that prentended to be home made. What we got was something not as good as a Pukka pie that had been heated in the microwave. On the plus side the girl who... More

Visited the restaurant on my birthday for an evening meal with my family after reading excellent reccomendations on Tripadvisor. We all ordered and the meals all came out at very different intervals. When one of my parties meal was wrong he told the lady thats not what he ordered. So she took it away. Twenty mintues later brought back it... More

All the food was brought out at different times, which resulted in all family members eating at different times not good for a start and then one of the orders was wrong which then took another 10 to 15 minutes to return it and on asking about it the owners wife erupted and said you are not getting your food... This restaurant is a real little gem, excellent value for money, extremely friendly, and with wonderfully attentive staff. We were staying at the hotel Port Aventura for 4 days and ate here every evening! The Fish and Chips, Chicken Kebab, and Cajun Chicken were all excellent. Our two children (8 and 12) adored the food, chicken nuggets and mega burgers... More
