Ate here four times in 10 days

We stayed in Palau and kept returning to this restaurant as the food, service and ambience was consistently good! My husband had the seafood grill twice and the grilled tuna was the best ever tasted. There always seemed to be a queue to eat here, which tells a story in itself.

Ate lunch here mid week. It was bustling and looked like it would be good. Our order was taken promptly, but took ages to come and then in dribs and drabs. My daughter's pasta came first, two more dishes arrived as she finished, and the last meal came only after a reminder. Not very impressed, The food was average.

I have never left a bad review but our experience was so poor here I feel that it is justified. Having spent 10 days in sardinia our experience of service, quality of food and value for money had been very good. This place was the sole exception on each of these criteria. With the exception of the person who took... More

We were last night for dinner, ( we were twice back am forth on the street until we chose this place). The ambiance, location and looks were the best among all the other restaurants in the port area. Amazing service , friendly staff, good food and very good vibe! The restaurant was full since we arrived and also when we... More

This restaurant works in siesta, it's a rare thing for Sardinia. Very good food, especially risotto di mare. Nice home vine. We have been twice there and we weren't disappointed

We ate twice at Re Ferdinando during our stay in Palau. Both times the food was really good and the service was great. The waiters help you to make a choice when you order your meal, you will be surprised by the quality of the food served. The second time we were recognized by the staff and received an appetizer... Felt more like entering an unauthentic Italian pizzeria close to a tourist attraction in Birmingham. The service wasn't slow, but it felt that we were a burden, more than welcomed guests. We had to ask several times to get menus in Italian. The Quattro Stagioni was decent, nothing more. The Frutti di Mare was overloaded, unappetising and quite soggy. There... More

We visited this on our last night and generally very happy. The service was efficient and pleasant for a place evidently catering to the tourists. The pizzas were very good although my wife's carbonara was average. They evidently specialise in seafood and I'd suggest sticking to that. A meal for 4 with a bottle of wine was €90

Great food and were great with accommodating nut and egg allergy They couldn't provide normal dish I wanted but staff went out their way to make me a similar dish which was egg and nut free
