The place was nice, but they do not know how to make a pizza. Tha plate was full of wather after eating a margherita as well as a vegetariana. If you choose this restaurent i hope you will find a more lucky day for them.

We had our first lunch in Palau here. It was alright. Had some seafood pasta. Nothing fancy actually but alright.

We had lunch here and it was so-so. My 'insalata Italiana' was fresh and tasty; my partner had a 'crustacean' salad...the 'garnish' crustaceans were fresh and tasty, but the seafood in the salad had been frozen and was tasteless. The 'salad' was only iceberg lettuce. We were served by 2 people at the same time who seemed to 'coutermand' each... More

We spent our first evening an Sardinia here and only found out later that we can do better. The pizzas were ok, even if there were canned mushrooms on my pizza funghi - I expected fresh ones. Coperto is 2,50 EUR - even for our baby daughter Service was nice an fast, but there seem to be very different dresscodes... More

We stayed in Palau off season so quite a few places seemed to have already closed their doors for the winter or only opened later for dinner. Re Ferdinando was one of the places that was open at lunch time and we both really enjoyed our pizzas. Apparently, they've got a lot of German customers as they gave us German... More

We had a mixed first course to share, antipasto re Ferdinando, which was delicious. After that we had a home made pasta seafood and a pizza which were both perfect. Check the picture. Wine was great and the service was good. Price € 74,50. Reasonable I think.

We ordered 2 pizza's with green salad as side dish and 2 beers. We got the plain salad 5 mins later, no drinks no pizza. After another 10 mins we got our pizza's but still no drinks..had to remind them, no sorry no nothing. After one of us finished the pizza the plate and the oil/vinegar were removed while I... More

I have dined there twice, both times ordering the same courses that I liked VEEEEERY much: octopus salad and - most of all - grilled tuna with steamed vegetables and baked potatoes as side dish. Price including a quarter liter wine, bread and service was around 43€ for one person; money well spent, the food - especially the tuna -... More

Waiters were generelly friendly, but the whole atmosphere was just not good enough: "Get moving, so we can fill your table again with new people".... Waiters grabbed our plates the second we finished (or before), and the food were very average - and too pricey.

I had a horrible not italian carbonara, with nothing but onions. It tasted like onion, the bacon was onion, the pasta was onion and as far as I was used to Rome's Carbonara, it had no onions. The appetizers were all not good, tasted like nothing with dirt.
