We go to St Gervais every year and go to the 4 Epices.. It's great. Unpretentious ham and cheese food. Would recommend to anyone

This place is fine but really, France is supposed to be renowned for good food, and this place is not good enough to survive a week in London. Expect a friendly unpretentious place, average food, and prices that are not too expensive but in my opinion, are a little too high given the basic level of food on offer.

Imagine a cold, very wet holiday evening. Desire for warmth and good food essential. Found both here. We were made so welcome. The food was basic mountain food but very well prepared. The service was exemplary. Would recommend this to anyone

A lovely traditional restaurant with great galettes! Great for lunch or dinner ... depending on how hungry you are!

Went here on the basis of T.A. reviews but it did not live up to expectations. Agree with previous reviewer about the pork and the pate starter was not much better. Nice place with good, friendly service but would not go again and agree there is much better food available for this price range even up on the slopes.

What a stunning building. I was surprised by the charm of the space inside, having walked past on a number of occasions. The food was average french fare, but with a price tag of 24€, this felt like poor value in comparison to other restaurants in the town. My salad Savoyard was nice but not special as was the pork... A bit cramped, but very tasty, hearty Savoyard food. The galettes are great, and there are many more choices - everything looked delicious! It gets crowded, so best to make reservations.

Friendly service and good Savoyard cuisine, all reasonably priced, particularly the wine. Loved the cuckoo clocks!

We choosed this place on New Year's Eve and it gave us what we expected, very delicious dishes. The only minor problem was that they did not have an English Menu, but this gave us a chance to met a very friendly French couple sitting next to us and speaking English.
