Simply amazing

We had dinner in this lovely restaurant during our skiing holidays. I was absolutely amazed from the sophisticated dishes this small kitchen produced! We went for the menu deals with the local beer and all the dishes we had were excellent. Friendly, fast service and cozy atmosphere. We... read more

We came across this lovely restaurant while on a long weekend skiing. The service was fantastic, the food was excellent and it's in a lovely little spot on the river. Highly recommended!

When I'm in Villeneuve old town area of Serre Chevalier, I make sure that I visit this excellent restaurant at least once. It's quirky, small, cosy, friendly and very French. If you like French cuisine as much as I do then this is the place for you. The food's excellent, very well presented and not at all expensive and the... More

This is the second time I have eaten here, and it was as marvellous as the first. My sister had booked us a table well in advance of the day. This should be a warning to all as it is very difficult to walk in for an evening meal. The place is small but with charm, and the waitress was... More

Such a great meal here! Atmosphere was cozy (it was cold so we sat inside). Server was friendly, and all our group (6 people) had fantastic meals. Prices were fair and food was true authentic French, with modern touches. Highly recommend this place! We will stop by here before we leave the area because we decided we have to try... More

This excellent family-run restaurant is in Villeneuve village in the Serre Chevellier ski area. I've eaten there several times over the years. The last was two years ago and I was immediately recognised by the staff this time, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant is by the river and is small and quite quirky, with a great atmosphere.... More

If you're visiting Serre Chevalier Vally its vital you go out of your way to hunt out this fantastic restaurant. We were recommended to go here and it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Welcoming, small and intimate and DELICIOUS food. We had Garlic snails to start, which I was dubious about never having them before.. ohh... More

Visited this restaurant while on a skiing trip. Small and intimate and family run serving excellent food which is all home made. The kitchen is visible from the restaurant which is fascinating! Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
