I discovered this restaurant some years ago and was delighted to find it still there on a return visit to Bali. It's much bigger now, which obviously indicates that the business is thriving. The staff are still as friendly and the beer is icy cold (literally!). The menu doesn't appear to have changed much and the food is still delicious... More

Super cold Bintang, decent sized portions (not big) and excellent quality of the food. Tony is the manager and very friendly.

We visited here based on the great reviews from trip advisor. The first meal we had was great. The satays were delicious but could have been improved only by serving on hot coals. The meals took a while to be served however Tony's (manager) excellent customer service skills kept us entertained. My 3yr old was getting very restless after the... More

Food was great and price fantastic. A wonderful little local restaurant. A hidden gem :) Tucked away in a quiet street of Tuban on the southern end of Kuta and not far from the beach. The restaurant was clean and service very good. If there was any complaint but not really a complaint, food could have been a bit warmer.... More

I stopped in here because of the smell of the meat cooking on the grill by the street. I ended up having a nice lunch of Nasi Goreng. It was very tasty but not as spicy as I would have liked. I guess it has been tamed for the tourists who frequent here. The beer was very cold. I was... More

The mie goreng was delicious, although it did have some gristle in the chicken. The soto ayam was boring and lacked the same tastiness that we had at many other restaurants in Kuta. A fairly average restaurant for the area, with similarly average prices (~$6 per entree)

We went for lunch. The food was authentic and tasted very nice. I think it is a good place for lunch. The service was fast. The drinks were passable but not super cold. We enjoyed and would go back for a meal and there was enough food for a child to be able to choose from

We have been to Bali 7 times and was lucky enough to go here for my son's birthday last year. Since then we make sure we go back a few times for a meal in our holiday time. Fantastic and the price is good you will not be unhappy if you give this place a go.

Found this little restaurant at the end of our street. Awesome banana pancakes, some great food and the staff are really friendly too - however if your the only one there the service is great but they tend to get pretty busy so may take a little while to grab the waiters attention or hey just go up and ask... When you want a decently priced, quick lunch that isn't in the hotel, or a long hot, busy walk from your hotel, try this place. They have a range of Balinese, Indonesian and western foods, including a kids menu. All the food is fresh, cooked well, and friendly staff. The decor looks basic, but you are there to eat, not...
