Yummy spring rolls

We didn't eat main meals or lunch but sat there for sunset eating spring rolls at happy hour. Goes well with buy 2 beers and get one free.

The "but" was the service , very slow , and only after 3 attempts did we finally get the spicy sauce to liven up the rather bland grilled squid . As stated by a previous reviewer "average meals and prices" . It is probably unfair to judge a restaurant on a single experience but that's the way it goes ,... More

We had dinner here, table of four. The beef in my beef curry was quite dry, but two others at our table had the seafood curry and enjoyed it. My husband also had a chicken dish, and it was just deep fried chicken with sauce on the side. He thought that chicken was far too dry as well, and would... More

We always stop at this place for a cold beer and a snack. It's a peaceful place in a quiet spot on the beach. It's nice to just sit and look out over the beach to the sea. This time around they had lovely gamelan music playing in the background - typical bali style - loved it.

We have eaten at this restaurant numerous times and thought I should let everyone know how good it is. Situated on the beachfront at tuban, the bintangs are cold, and they serve the best satays beef or chicken on a little canoe with hot coals keeping them warm, about 10 of them with a bowl of plain rice and peanut... still a good range of food - we often have satay sticks, chicken curry, mie goreng etc. Good to see the sun setting, and can watch planes landing in the distance. This isn't 5 star, but the ambience is excellent for the price. Walk along the beach after the meal - usually a nice breeze.

Was really looking forward to this restaurant on the beach to enjoy a sunset and seafood meal. Meals were disappointingly average and small for the prices we paid. Was a real let down. Sunset put on a nice show for us though.

We had several light meals and sunset drinks at the Pantai and enjoyed it immensely. Beautiful view of the sunset.

We stayed at Bakung Beach Cottages just around the corner and we kept coming back to the Pantai restaurant. We love it and first came here 12 years ago. There is a happy hour till 6.30 p.m. the food is fantastic and the prices are great compared to it's far more expensive neighbours. (Ma Joly, The Wharf, Envy etc) It... More
