A MUST go to spot in Bermuda

We have been going to Bermuda for many years and every time we visit the ORIGINAL Swizzle Inn and order a pitcher of rum swizzles and always have the best time! You can write your name on the wall and just hang out and enjoy mixing with locals and tourists alike. A really fun spot!

We had been to Bermuda during mid november and while roaming around, we halted at Swizzle, as we knew it to be one of the "must visit" places on the island. To our surprise it was not anything extra over a normal pub/inn except for their own concoction - "the swizzle". It's mostly bermudian black rum with orange juice. Though... More

A visit to the Swizzle Inn is a must while in Bermuda. The food is terrific (The fish chowder is the best we have ever had!), the staff is friendly, it is in a great location, and the drinks will certainly quench your thirst.... and arriving for our second visit we were greeted like old friends!

We often dine in one of the two Swizzle Inns when in Bermuda. Besides the original one at Bailey's Bay, there is a second one on South Shore Road in Warwick. Swizzle is famous for their pitchers of delicious Rum Swizzlpes and they offer all sorts of other adult beverages also. The menu is typical bar type food including burgers,... More

We were there as part of a group event (Omnia Society). When we arrived there were tables waiting for us as promised. The food was really good; much higher quality than pub-grub. I had the Shepard's Pie and it was outstanding. Of course you need to try their "Dark and Stormy" which is a local drink to Bermuda. The staff... More

We stopped in for lunch on the way to drop a friend at the airport. The restaurant was empty, so we expected quick service - wrong.... Our waiter told us that they have some new chefs and things were not going well in the kitchen. We waited for quite some time before our food finally arrived. They redeemed themselves -... More

Lunch of Bermuda fish chowder complete with the required condiments of sherry pepper sauce and black rum, sea breeze fish sandwich with grilled wahoo and side salad were all excellent and of good quality ingredients. Washed down with a pitcher of the namesake drink made for the perfect Bermuda lunch. An easy walk after seeing the Caves. The inside is... More

We had a great casual lunch here after visiting the Crystal cave. The food was delicious. I had a fish sandwich with fries that was awesome.
