We have had the good fortune to have eaten here many times over the years and, each time, it is an amazing experience. When last there, I had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Caramelized Onion, Bacon and Fingering Potato Hash, Asparagus, Green Peppercorn Sauce and finished with a Special Daily "Baked to Order" Chocolate Soufflé. The beef is so tender that... More

We travel a lot in the caribbean and Europe. Tom Moore's will forever be one of favorite meals. The food was absolutely wonderful, presented beautifully and tasted great. The service was wonderful. the waiters are very nice but unobtrusive. The atmosphere is so nice and even though we were in a room with other diners we felt we were by... More

We loved this place. Right up out street in terms of location, ambience, standard of food, wine and service. Top dining experience. Is a must do and we are looking forward to going back in December. If you go then expect to pay for the whole experience ... Worth every penny.

We went twice in five days. It's old fashion -- table side preparations with seasoned staff. A charming spot, especially if you tire of hotel dining rooms and you want something special to Bermuda.

Any restaurant that's been in business for over 200 years needs a visit if only to answer the question- why the hell is this so? The old mansion drips with history with original style of Bermuda architecture. Outstanding food with knock-out presentation including the heat-the-plate flame on the trolly that is pushed up right next to your table before it... More

Came here last year and really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant does smell a bit musty when you enter (I'm very sensitive to smells) but in a few minutes you don't even notice it. The trio of scallops as an appetizer is absolutely delic. I had trout and it was ok, but the others I went with had the steak... More

Food just lovely, service wonderful, atmosphere relaxing as it should be when dining. The place has history and the feeling is totally Bermudian. The waiter got the manager who knew the story well and was more then happy to share the story of the old house. Tom Moore's Tavern was built in 1652 as a private home for the Trott... More

Although staying in Hamilton, we elected to spend our 50th anniversary dinner here based on other reviews. Although the food was quite good, we had some complaints. When I made the reservation online, I told them it was our 50th anniversary and that I was on a gluten-free diet. I saw in their book when we arrived that both comments... More

The building is the oldest eatery in Bermuda. The service is top notch and very welcoming. The food is the best I have ever had in Bermuda, maybe even beyond. I ordered the filet mignon not only was the presentation beautiful; but the flavors and taste were over and above anything you would expect. It was simply extraordinary! You have... More
