Serves good thai food. The service was okay. Would have appreciated them refilling water more and paying attention when we tried to get their attention. Decor was nice.

Busy place on a Saturday night that left us wanting more... The short wait was fine but confusion reigned at the door. No names taken so I was left to create order by telling the hostess/server who had arrived first (we were seated right at the door). Fair wait to order drinks, longer wait to order food. Appetizers came after... More

I came here for lunch on a weekday. A rather popular place for lunch, but I find the food to be only so-so. Good, not great.

We heard about this resto so decided to try it. I would say it is half authentic because I have tried authentic Thai food. Quiet atmosphere. Lots of parking.

This place gets very crowded at lunch as it is a popular spot for the many business people in the area. The service is excellent while the food is very good. They offer a nice selection of stir fried noodles which is more Chinese than Thai but nonetheless, it is great. It is not an expensive place and the place... More

My Favorite Lunch Place EVER! The food here is consistently amazing. This place is always rammed and it's hard to get a seat at lunch time! Looks like a hole in the wall but it has some of the best thai food! I always order the Jungle chicken/vegetable and it is never a let down!

Sure its in a industrial strip mall and the decor sparse, but who cares, the food is awesome and that's what it should be all about. I have introduced many to this restaurant over the years and everyone has gone back. The Pad Thai stands out, the house spicy rice is beyond compare and I challenge you to find a... More

It only took one lunch to get hooked; I've been a regular for years. Love the food. Other thai restaurants simply don't meausure up against the consistently tasty food at the Thai Bamboo. Just thinking about the Panang, Spicy Chicken dishes and spring rolls makes me want to head out there right now - alas, it is Sunday and they... More

I went for a business lunch with a colleague from York University. Thought I tried the place based on the reviews. I ordered Pad Thai and her ordered Beef Curry - both were awful. The dishes were plain tasting. The Pad Thai was mostly ketchup. Never coming back. If you want real Thai food try Jakutak in Scarborough!
