This is a good armenian restaurant, has bee around for a long time, they try to keep the food authentic which is great. The food is simple but prepared as it should be, authentic taste.

If you really want to try something authentic, tasty and Armenian; then you must go to Serkos. Very tasty Kobeba, Lahmajoun, vine leaves (dolmatakia) and the best kebab ever. Me and my wife walked 3 KMs and we did not regret it at all. It is definitely a restaurant worth going to in Greece. It is very different than any... More

The style is traditional, old fashioned and authentic. The food middle east with nice salads, excellent entrees with a lot of choices such as dolmadakia" (stuffed with rice wine leaves), pasturma , minced meat balls etc. The kebab is tasteful specially the one combined with kaseri cheese. The kunefe sweet interesting .

Armenian cuisine (pretty much like Lebanese). Startere brought on tray for you to pick and choose - great small saldplenty of space on pavement outside for summer dishes, meatballs stuffed with pine kernels, haloumi etc. Fresh cooked poitta bread and then a great variety souvlaki dishes (the yooghurtlou -sp//) kebab a favourite of mine. Excellent jugged wine great value. Set... More

Serkos has a long reputation in Southern suburbs and certainly there are reasons for this .It is a lot of people's favorite restaurant and part of everyday hang-out.For us it still is a great family friendly restaurant with good food, amazing starters (you should try as many as you can when the waiter brings all of them in front of you... A simple neighborhood Glyfada restaurant with interesting Armenian, Turkish and Midfle East specialities. The bread comes in balloon shape, nice cold starters including stuffed vine leaves (dolmadakia), tabbouleh salad, aubergine salad (from charred aubergine, with a smoked taste), even better hot starters like pitta kesarias, lachmacun, special meat with smoked aubergine pouree. Main courses are kebab varieties or soutzouki or... More

My family has been dining at Serkos for many years now. This is a standard for us whenever we feel like having kebab, or any oriental dinner for that matter. Both the gyros and the kebabs are great. I favour the hotter spices, while the wife and kids go for softer tasting choices. All of the appetizers, arriving on a... More

Yes, the decor is dated but the food is excellent and the tastes varied and wonderful. Anyone who likes the tastes of cuisines to the east of Greece will love Serkos. I was there last night with relatives from England at the end of a week's visit and they wished they'd been to Serkos every day instead of just once.... More

Serkos exists since about 1998. The good quality of the food has remained stable over the years. The culinary excitement remained also constantly moderate. The location is quite convenient, with a reasonable number of parking places in the vicinity - something not obvious for Glyfada. The portions are normal sized, the taste didn't reveal any highlights. The decoration is outdated... More
