I loved the decor and overall vibe of this restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was very abrupt, but attentive, which is what matters. It was surprisingly a little long for the wait for our waitress to come to the table and for our food. It was surprising because there were only about 5 tables filled. There were... More

Amazing food, wait staff, and atmosphere. Even though they were swamped Saul did a great job tending to us. Food was top quality and generous portions. Tomato basil soup might be best I've had. I'll be frequenting this place!

Went here one weekend and you can expect to hit a breakfast crowd. We went to the back bar area so we would not have to wait. The waiter was pleasant and food arrived quickly. I wouldn't say anything was better than average. I even added some salsa to my omelet to add some flavor. Also, no fresh juices.

I have had breakfast three times in the last couple of weeks at Spoons on the Square in McKinney. They have a nice menu for breakfast, eggs, bacon, homefries, a choice of toast. The price was reasonable, under $9.00 each time. A delightful touch was acoustic guitar being played by John Winn. Never too loud, always tasteful, and the songs... More

I love the pumpkin soup! The soup and salad combo is a great lunch choice. I come here with friends often for a nice casual lunch.

Great food, large portions. Fried pickles/okra basket was so big we left half behind. Super Tomato Basil Soup.

Moving into the area soon, and while house shopping found this gem ! Saturday morning breakfast outside on a perfect morning. Talking with a few locals who regularly dine here shows this is the place for a great meal. Our waiter, John (expecting gheir first child !) is helpful, funny, on top of everything ! Makes the difference. While we... More

Delicious lunch right in the square in McKinney - with a few outside tables. The wraps and meatloaf were delicious! Fun in the summer to sit outside if you can find a cool day. Lots of choices ... the fried okra was yummy! Then lots of cute and fun shops to explore around the square.

We were a group of 12 and after a little wait a couple tables were placed together. There was a musician playing covers on the stage and it was very nice. We order fried okra and pickles for an appetizer and received a heaping amount of both so everyone was able to enjoy. Both were good, but the pickles were... More
