Lovely morning to sit outside for breakfast

A friend of mine and I walked over after church to have a little bite at Spoons. We sat outside, and although it was a bit warm, it was not terrible (otherwise, an indoor table had a 15-20 minute wait). We had a lovely time visiting and had some really good yogurt parfaits. Plain yogurt... read more

Stopped by here on Friday, 08/07. The hostess was friendly, we had a party of 6. Surprisingly, the wait for about 5 minutes, and we were seated right by the bakery area!! (DANGEROUS!!) It is an outstanding place to eat!! Interior looks like an old mill or factory, I found out it was actually a converted 1920’s building that was originally... More

Spoons is located in the heart of downtown, McKinney, Texas. Parking is easy and the food is very good to excellent. We had breakfast with all the trimmings. Wait staff was friendly and on their toes. Prices are more than reasonable. get there early for a seat for breakfast or lunch.

Enjoyed breakfast here with my wife and it was delicious. Portions were large enough to share and the service was super fast and friendly.

I have always heard about Spoons. I had people in from out of town and thought going to downtown McKinney was a good idea. Our food was average. Three people from out group had the Reuben and all said it was the worst sand which they ever had, they was not hardly any meat on it and the bread seemed... More

We ate at Spoons about 1 month ago and both of our entrees were under-seasoned to the point that we won't try this place again. The fried pickles & fried okra combo was very good, however. The wait staff was friendly, but the live band was too loud.

This is a cute little restaraunt. I stopped by for lunch, the food was good and came out fast. The service was friendly and very prompt. I'd like to come back one evening when they have a band. Thanks!

Due to the size of our group we were moved to the "garage" and while the space was tight it was sufficient. The service was outstanding with quick drinks attentive refills and a great attitude. The food was good as well. Served fresh and quickly just as you ordered it, Atmosphere was relaxed and quite enjoyable, This is an old... More
