It was a beautiful afternoon so sitting out on the patio for the day was so very nice and not something to overlook. Beyond that, not so much love to the place. on the whole, though, the atmosphere and slow pace was what I was hoping for that day so - good. Unfriendly service and hit-and-miss food were the downside.... More

very unique, had to ask what many of the dishes were but so tasteful and unique. Our service is excellent. I would have liked to eat outside but weather was not favorable.

We had a table for 6 (3 checks), Sat night, outside on the patio, near the band, it took 1/2 hour to get our drink order. The waiter was very nice (when he was around), and everything we ordered was awesome. The food was outstanding. I wish the service was as good. We did tell the Manager at the end... More

My title kind of says how I feel about this place. Every since we did a 90th bithday for my Mother-inLaw there it has been owne of our favorite places. They have worked hard to overcome some problems thrre years or so ago and now they are well on the way to being one of the best places to eat... More

I bring all of my out-of-town guests to Cafe Malaga. I dOnt frequent much more than that, though, because of the price point. Having lived in Spain, I find the food to be authentic, delicious, and an overall enjoyable experience. You can't beat the alfresco dining on a warm summer night with live music under the stars. Everyone needs to... More

The food was amazing, prices a little expensive, but worth every bite. We were seriously disappointed in our service-I had called the day before to verify they accepted pets & even called on the way the day of to see if we needed reservations since pets were relegated to a certain portion of the patio. When we arrived, the waiter... More

We are foodies so tapa's are ideal for us. This restaraunt has a neat atmosphere outside with live music! Actually we have never eaten inside. Great spanish (not mexican) food. We love to go as a couple or with family and friends. We order lots of dishes and just pass them around!

Our first visit to Malaga's Cafe was a delightful accident. Looking for a place to grab a quick bite on a busy Saturday night in historic McKinney my wife and I called some friends who live nearby and they suggested Malaga's. We could not have had a better meal or a more enjoyable evening together. The food is absolutely superb.... More

Cafe Malaga is a spanish tapas restaurant, tucked away behind the rows of elegant stores in Old Town McKinney. Situated in what used to be a family home, this rustic little house has few tables inside, however the best part is to seat in the huge, magnificent garden and listen to a live band while you enjoy your food. The... More
