The friends that we were staying with in McKinney took us to this restaurant one evening and we had an excellent meal which was plentiful and well presented. Our waitress was very pleasant although she was very inexperienced - this turned out to be to our benefit when she offered us a bottle of wine at $5 when, in fact,... More

The food is consistently good here, although a bit pricey. Wait staff is almost always friendly. It is a popular restaurant and they are easily overwhelmed. So when there are lots of cars there, it is better to go somewhere else, unless you are willing to wait and Wait and WAIT.

We wanted some Italian food so came here with the family we were visiting with. We were seated right away and served right away. All was good, until they started bringing out food. Our son didn't want any salad or soup, so they brought out his fettuccini first. Then a little while later, they brought out my BIL's sampler plate.... More

We were seated in one of the back rooms where the air conditioner had obviously been turned off... after talking to the seater about it one of our party walked around to see if there were cooler rooms. The front one was a tad cooler we found out but was pretty full.... so we decided to leave especially since a... More

food was good, waiter was new and that was ok but then two mothers brought their young children two to three to the booth next to ours and the crying and screaming began. Ask the waiter to move us and he never returned. Hostess came over and said their seating was full although seats vacant all around us. Don't know... More

The staff was great. The food tasted good, but two of us had the same soup and we were both sick within hours. I will not be in a hurry to return, but one bad pot doesn't make a bad restaurant.

Terrible experience. Server was awful. Manager had an apathetic response when notified of such service. Food service was slow. If you're local, the one in Allen is MUCH better!

Good food, but not the best bang for the buck. Very attentive, friendly staff. The drinks are overpriced terribly. Soup and salad for lunch is great.

The food is amazing- the salad and bread sticks are to die for. I've been here with a bunch of friends and just my immediate family- this place is great for both! The atmosphere is good; very friendly. Everyone is nice there, however the service is a bit on the slow side. It can take a while for your food... More

The Olive Garden is pretty much the same wherever you go. The food is good, but service can be the kicker. We ate here for dinner and the place was pretty empty. The servers were busy apparently because the service was a little on the slow side. However our food was tasty and hot so we will give it another... More
