I went there with my wife on the weekend at night about 8:15. I sat down at the front booth and waited for service. I finally flagged down an employee and they told me you go to the counter and order. My wife went to the counter to place our order and I remained at the booth. There was food... More

We had reservations for a party of 25. Arrived on time, room wasn’t ready. I personally talk to the owner many times before about the price for a buffet, well…. he changes the price at last moment. Food was passable; felt sorry for the people working there because they even said really bad things about the owner. Pizza was very... More

American pizzas are viewed as complete meals. I guess it explains why restaurants too often assume that their pizzas should comprise the five food groups! Palio is not different. I can enjoy an inventive pizza but many a time, when I study a pizza menu, the purist in me longs for a VERA PIZZA NAPOLETANA: crisp crust, fresh tomatoes, mozarella,... More

I've only been here once, but I loved the pizza. Had the all meat pizza which had a great flavor and the thin crust makes for a less filling pizza. My wife had a shrimp pasta which she said was good. Not a fancy place which is OK with me. Will definitely go back.

We went here with our family members who live in McKinney. They go there a lot. We loved it! The pizza is excellent. We had pizza with salads and ice cream for dessert. I like to look at menus ahead of time, especially when there are lots of choices. Here's the website so you can look at what they have... More

We have been to Palio’s a few times and this is my first review because I do feel that pizza is always good, but sometimes its better than others. And while I felt their pizza was a stand out I tend not to review pizza joints or chain restaurants unless there is a big special reason so do so. We... More

Indifferent service. Poorly executed pizza; unevenly baked, unevenly distributed toppings, 3 of 6 toppings were not fresh ingredients. Pizza delivery person asked how the pizza tasted, we responded that it was one of the worst we've ever had; she responed, ... uhh, well, ok then -- and walked away. We've eaten at 4 other Palio's. Frisco (Legacy Drive), Plano (Preston... More

Love the BYOB. Menu varied enough to suit all diners - from salad to pizza. All well prepared and delicious!

I was visiting my sister and thought we were going to a pizza joint. What a wonderful surprise! We had a delicious salad with pineapple and sundried tomatoes and the Classic Pizza - roasted chicken with basil & garlic. The best part is that you could bring your own wine and they supplied the opener and glasses! Will definitely be... More

Found Palio's somewhat by accident as it is tucked away in a shopping center at El Dorado and 75. The pizza was very good and served quickly. Soft drinks are self serve which is nice but the cups are somewhat small which requires several trips back for refills. Prices are reasonable, especially if you buy more than 1 pizza -... More
