this is our second time to eat at Gregory's Bistro. The food is simply delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and quiet, and Lydia is a wonderful host. Best food on the square!

First off, I got on Trip Advisor to see what people had to say after dining at Gregory's Bistro many times. These people made my IQ's drop just by reading the misspelled, unclear gibberish. First off, there is ONE chef in the kitchen which equals quality. If you want more than one chef in the kitchen, go to a La... More

My wife and I had a delightful meal at Gregory's and decided soon after that this would be the ideal spot for Christmas Eve dinner when our entire family would be home for the holidays. We eagerly awaited news of the prix fixe multi course menu for the occasion. At $55/person the rack of lamb entree was not beyond reason.... More

The food at Gregory’s reminds one of a baseball game, exciting and excellent preparations are found amongst many dishes that miss the mark entirely. The scallop appetizer is served with deliciously caramelized fennel and was a delight. The confit, served without any fuss or imagination, was well prepared. The mussels, however were a disappointment as they were overwhelmed by a... More

We chose Gregory's because our friends live in McKinney and also of the Tripadvisor reviews. I can say that we had a very nice meal with great service, but weren't just blown away by the food. It was good, but as others may have mentioned some plates were cold as was the food. We were told not to touch two... More

I had been to Gregory's for dinner once on my own, and it was fantastic. I then brought my husband to try it out and the experience was quite a disappointment. The mussels we started out with that night were really great, but when our entrees arrived, neither plate was particularly warm and mine (Chilean sea bass with lobster risotto)... More

Cute little Bistro for lunch and dinner for a special evening! Food is also special and yummy especially the desserts. Gregorys is BYOB but Mckinney Wine Merchant is across the street and is familiar with the menu and makes very good suggestions. Great place to have a good meal and relax with family or friends.

First 2 visits were great. Last visit was ok. The mashed potatoes were cold and the salmon was not very good. We will go back. Hope they are rebound from the last experience.

Tonight we celebrated our wedding anniversary (49th) at Gregory's Bistro for the second time in the last two years. This time we were more familiar with the menu and the service. Our meal was again spectacular. The service was highly attentive and professional. Since it is a BYOB restaurant we had brought a very special bottle of wine. Upon seeing... More
