Maybe that's exaggerating, but it's honestly how I feel. The first time I had the ham and cheese, I said to them, "that was the best sandwich I think I've ever had". They said, "so you agree with (Food Network Magazine I think?) or somebody impressive like that. That sandwich was actually voted "Best Sandwich in Texas". Another unassuming place... More

We were heading through McKinney, TX around lunchtime and needed a place to eat. We've gotten to where we really like to try the local establishments and will search Food Network, Trip Advisor and other sites for recommendations. This place came up on Food Network's site under the top 50 sandwich places in Texas so we thought we'd give it... More

The uniqueness of this place is the delightful decorator touch of the setting, combined with farm fresh food cooked in an open kitchen, the small but super fresh produce display area and the cute interesting things available to bring home for souvenirs as a remembrance of the visit. The mini breakfast egg burritos in three combinations (vegetables, mushroom and smoked... More

Had lunch here - great sandwiches (paninis) and salads - lighter fare. The decor and shopping make the experience one of a kind. So cute and charming.

Great atmosphere, unique finds, and awesome food. Went there on a Saturday afternoon for the first time with my daughter. Was quite surprised at the store and different food offerings. Really enjoyed the service and food.

Looking for an eclectic place for lunch, stop in, dine on the sandwich of the day, soup, or salad. Get there early as they sell out. Stay for awhile and shop among their beautiful imports and quaint pieces.

My favorite thing about patina is that there is no other place like it. The menu varies from day to day and is always fresh, local, organic, and delicious! If you haven't tried the BOB on Fridays, you haven't lived.

Patina Green Home and Market is one of those places we stop in often when in downtown McKinney. Its part market, with some rustic options that change almost every time you are in there. It could be a table or shelving, or just something to hang on the wall, but its tends to always say classy farmhouse. That is the... More

The chef uses only locally grown fresh ingredients and creates the day's menu based on what he's found! Soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Always fresh, always good, always unique.

Shopped for lunch here for a group of 10, picked up salads, sandwiches and whatever else was available - everything was delicious! I always look forward to coming here!
