Best "home made" tamales in the Valley. All the local's come here to pick up their favorite verity, which there are plenty to choose from. I'm a standard pork man but my friend like the chicken and cheese. Other recommendation are bean and cheese. Special order is the fresh corn tamale. Enjoy

I was traveling for work and wanted to have some good Mexican food while in the valley. Their tamales are delicious!! I bought mine to go. Keep in mind you have to purchase in batches :) will definitely be buying more on my next visit!

i sponsored an event attended by 70 people in McAllen this week and we used Delia's to provide the breakfast for our guests. Several of the guests complimented me and my colleague on the food. He picked Delia's and I got to reap the benefits of using an expert to cater breakfast. Thank you Delia!

I'm in Houston Tx. My brother was at a job site out of town in McAllen Tx and brought these tamales and they are great. I love them! chicken and cheese my favorite. I just might make a trip to buy some for Thanksgiving holiday..

Oh my. First time here on vacation. Ridiculously great tamales (had spicy chicken and cheese) and Salsa (practically drank 32 ounces). Wife had the Menudo - loved the flavor, but couldn't stomach the tripe (little play on words). Thanks for the experience!

I love Delia's specially corn tamales but everytime I go there they say we just ran out of those. And that happens always. They're still No. 1 in the area. Next time I think I will have to just call in advance and place a huge order of corn tamales so I can keep some in the freezer. ;)

Although this place has many different locations, the tamales have remained authentic. The chicken and cheese are a favorite, the tamales can be spicy(beware if you are alergic). The only disappointment is that they run out quickly during the holidays after 12pm. Having a drive thru window makes it very convenient.

If you want something simple, tasty, fresh, & enjoyable then the place to be is Delia's. The service is great, the place is clean, & it's difficult not to order take-out.

We are from Alabama and were in the area for a family members wedding. We were in the market for some good tamales and decided to try Delia's. They did not disappoint. You pay a very low price for such high quality food! Everything is fresh and the tamales just melt in your mouth! We were interested in taking a... More
