love the sushi

I live right by this restaurant. My husband and I love to grab sushi to go with their clear soup and eat it by the fireplace at home while we watch a movie. We also like to go their and eat sushi while we wait on our seafood and fried rice dinner. It's a casual environment. There are private... read more

My family stopped here after we checked out the Christmas lights downtown. The restaurant has sit down tables or hibachi tables you can pick from my kids like the hibachi grill and the chefs tricks good food I will have to come back again

The atmosphere was nice, service and food were good. Prices are not unreasonable, as I am told, and they compare to other sushi places in neighboring towns.

A little apprehensive to try Japanese good in small tien Marshall, TX, but so glad I did. I have been there several times over the last 2 years and have always had very good food. The service is hit or miss, but never so bad that I have left upset. The atmosphere is just ok, but it is clean, and... More

Lots of" crab stick" and cream cheese in the sushi! I had dragon roll. It was ok. The tabbiko on top was bright red like it was dyed. Too much sauce. Husband had chicken and shrimp dish with rice and veggies. It was also ok. Portion on both dishes was very large. The place isn't very Japaneses looking. Looks like... More

The grilled food was good but the flavors were off. It might be a nice experience if you sit at the hibachi. The staff were acting like immature teenagers which detracted from the dining experience.

My wife and I were returning to Dallas on I20 and got off in Marshall to find something to eat. We passed In Japan and kind of chuckled. But, we turned around and noticed the number of people going in. So, we stopped to give it a try and were glad we did. The sushi was top notch. Our Teriyaki... More

We've eaten here a couple of times, once just after they opened, and most recently 11/13. We each ordered a beef filet seated at the hibachi grill, and if you've been to a hibachi place, you know to expect to be entertained by your chef. Our's was really good with his tricks and banter; he kept us laughing. More importantly,... More
