A charming, small cafe for breakfast or lunch.

Check their website for days & hours – Marfa is not an around-the-clock kind of place in any way. The food is very good, and there are almost no other places in town to have breakfast (the Paisano Hotel does not offer breakfast, only fruit & coffee in the lobby, and the Thunderbird does something... read more

WoW!! Where do I start. This place came highly recommended when we stayed at El Cosmico. I dont think Ive ever been in an establishment where there was so contempt for the customers. 5 of us all looking for breakfast. Greeted by attitude. Bad manners. Banging the plates on our table. Getting the orders wrong. Wanting to argue over a... More

Located around the corner from Hotel Paisano, this simple clean breakfast and lunch place offers many food and coffee items to get your day going. You order at the bar and food is brought to your table. There are nooks and small tables in this house-like cafe. In fact, this must be an old home.

Nice variety, but this is just a pretty ordinary lunch spot tucked into a tiny spot. Order at the counter; food delivered. Probably best for smoothies - enjoyed the pina colada blend. But pricey for what you get.

Tiny hidden gem directly behind the Paisano Hotel. This breakfast place opens from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and is owned by a Swiss lady who also sells chocolates made by her brother in Switzerland. The breakfast sandwiches on croissants were the best breakfast we had in Big Bend. Loved this place. You might want to make a reservation if... More

Small doesn't describe how tiny this place is. They need to have a bigger restaurant because the food is really good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Especially when delivered by this great staff, with healthy options, in this peaceful setting. This is a must stop in west Texas.

Went here for breakfast one AM, on recommendation from staff at Hotel Paisano. This is a very small house (or part of one), converted to a cafe. They had several tables inside and a few smaller ones in a pretty courtyard. We ate inside, as it was chilly outside. The staff of 3 was very busy, since everything (coffee, hot... More
