Great Lamb Kabob

We've known about this trailer for a long time and were happy to find it open. The grounds are unkept and shabby but I get the impression that the shabbiness comes with the attitude around here. Otherwise the Lamb Kabob with flatbread and hummus was excellent.

We can't figure out the hours for this food truck park. Granted, we didn't stop to read the paper posted on the Food Shark, but every time we drove by, regardless of the time of day...it was closed.

Food very good, mostly hummus based but meat available, cleanliness limping. Also indoor sitting area in an old school bus.

We travel extensively and have been lucky enough to enjoy kebab all over the world. We really think that they lamb version we had at the Food Shark in Marfa Texas was one of the best we have ever had, seriously. Now realize that the Food Shark is a trailer that parks in the center of Marfa. There are a... More

stopped for lunch on the way east....by the railroad tracks a block from the square...I had the pork kebab and my bride had the beef falaful. Supplemented with beer from the cooler...for me, better than the Mexican cola or green tea...but that's me. Loved the little megaphone they used to announce whose order was up.....hahahaha

Love the food trucks in Dc and found this was excellent. Its a wait in line, and a wait for the food, so don't think you"ll grab a quick bite. I had the special, pizolle w side salad, and husband had the falafal plate. Great tasting. They also have a late night grilled cheese spot on friday and sat nights,... More
