Nice evening

The food was good and we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck overlooking the water. It was a bit pricey, but we were paying for the view.

Ate on the deck overlooking the lake. Nice view not spectacular though. Service was very good. The fried catfish was light and tender. The salad and okra so so. The prime rib had no distinctive flavoring.

We were staying in Lakeway for our wedding anniversary, but the weather was too lousy to hang at the pool, so we decided to go for a drive. We stopped here for lunch, and our meal was amazing! I had a ribeye, which was delicious, and my husband had Paul's Chicken, which may be a RCG speciality, and it was... More

Have eaten here twice during this trip to Hill Country. Good river view, good service and food not too bad. Pulled pork quesadilla is a good choice starter. On both visits I have had to send my entree back for a redo. I like my beef cooked med rare, unfortunately the grill cook can't tell the difference between well done... More

We were there late at night but restaurant was still fairly full. We both had the chicken with onions, peppers and cheese. We waited a while for food but they were busy. Our waitress was very attentive. We would return!

On our last night in Texas we decided to enjoy dinner at the RCG. It's a fun place overlooking the lake, and even though the weather was a little "iffy" we decided to sit on the patio with a view of the water. I asked the server about the pork chops and she said they were her favorite menu item.... More

This is a local favorite, and a place we invariably take visitors. It sits right next to the Highway 281 bridge over Lake Marble Falls, with a great, huge deck right on the lake. All of the food is very good. I usually get the fried catfish for lunch, and Paul's Chicken for dinner. That hatch green chile is fantastic!... More

Referred here by the closed Bluebonnet Cafe. Glad to have a place open on Easter Sunday. Service was very good, waitress kept us updated as it was a full house of customers & cooks were backlogged.

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon. The wait was 20 minutes, but the view from the deck was worth every minute. Food was excellent, as was the service. If you have an appreciation for Hatch chilies, make sure and try one of the many selections that showcases the New Mexico delicacy. Prices are very reasonable; lunch with appetizer for... More

Thanks for sending us your feedback. We're glad that you enjoyed the view, service and food. Be sure you come back and see us at the end of August/beginning of September during our annual Hatch Chile Festival. We add several additional menu items featuring the prized pepper. More

High end looks but does serve some very good food. Steak was excellent. Service was very good for a big place. Nice patio to dine over the river.
