I had never been here prior to this visit, but will be back. We were a family of 5. The service was great, she did not even write down the complicated order, but she got it all right! ( wonderful memory) The food was very good. The whole place was wonderful. We had a variety of food including one kids... More

A large group of us (about 40 - families with kids) celebrated New Year at Lake Buchanan and we were looking for a place in are to eat in the area on NY day(we wanted to go early to make it easy for restaurants and were looking for a 5PM booking). We called Double Horn and we were first told... More

After a morning of shopping the cute shops in town, we headed over to the brewing company for lunch. It was very good. Great selection of beers for the beer lovers, but also a nice selection of wine. I opted for the malbec...yum. For my lunch I chose The Reuben....oh, was that thick and dripping with succulent 'kraut and Thousand... More

Food was great and the blonde ales were amazing! The service was great and more than willing to help and answer questions for me (the ameture beer taster) especially the young man behind the bar. We went one night while in town and i forgot my umbrella so of course we had to go back and pick it up. we... More

If you want some great craft beer or a mass produced one while watching a game or eating this is the place to go. Friendly staff and owners are there regularly, feels like family after a few visits. Oh and food is excellent too.

This is an amazing place. Dining inside with beer type decorations. A glass window to the beer brewing. Outdoor dining on the back patio. A bar in front with TV's. The best on the menu is the Bison Burger with Sweet potato fries. Watermelon wheat beer is unusual and a great summer brew. Across the street from the Bluebonnet Cafe.... More

On two occasions while dining at Double Horn I ordered the house made salt caramel cheesecake for dessert and it was off-the-chart delicious! Then I went back and was served a frozen salt caramel cheesecake purchased from a vendor. It was a huge disappointment! Neither me nor my dining companion could even eat it. Last time I was there they... More

Sometimes I read reviews in Tripadvisor and Yelp and then decide to check a place out myself. This is one of those events. Reviews were highly mixed. Melody and I stopped in at about 3 in the afternoon. One man was sitting at the bar eating lunch, otherwise the place was empty. Bartender said sit wherever you like. We chose... More

Not a bad place. We had burgers and tried some of their brew. I didn't think there brew was amazing or that worthy of a brew house, but wasn't terrible.

Tried this place twice, wanting to like it, and to believe that the first failure was a fluke. It wasn't. The second visit was even worse. I ordered sweet tea. The waiter's response, " I only have regular tea, is that ok?" I really don't mind unsweetened tea, but he could at least offered to bring sugar. Next I ordered... More
