I live in the Highland Lakes area and have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. We wanted to see the fireworks in Marble Falls on the 4th and Double Horn was a great location. The location was the ONLY thing great about the experience. We got there early, around 5. The place was not busy. The waitress... More

When I drove up for lunch it was hard to tell if they were open. No lights on or open signs. Try door before driving away. Once inside it is nice. Great beers made by a guy formerly of Real Ale. They offer a couple of Texas guest taps in addition to their own.

If we're lucky to time our trips out, we can eat lunch or dinner here @ the Double Horn brewpub. Great food, & great beers on tap from not only other local TX craft beer but their own. Good atmosphere & good location near the bridge & off 281 (just across from the Bluebonnet) .

Food was dry, service was slow. We had to ask two different servers before we finally got straws to go with our drinks. The waiter didn't write down our order, and of course there was an issue. Do they think they are impressing us with their (abysmal) memory skills?

We were told by a local man that the burgers here were good. My son agreed. Unfortunately, the rest of us got Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was good, not great and the potatoes were luke warm. We did start off with the onion ring appetizer and that was delish!! Can only recommend the Bison Burger and... More

My friend and I had a late lunch on Saturday. She had a burger and I had the steak sandwich. She said the burger was good but my steak sandwich was not. The meat was dry. And the coleslaw didn't have any mayonnaise. The beans had some kind of twang to them. I wasn't impressed. I did try a flight... More

The food was good enough. But we had to wait about 30 minutes from the time we ordered to get 4 sandwiches and fries. The place was only about half full.

Our bartender was friendly as was the crowd. They serve both their own beers and guest beers. Beers were solid. Excellent value with happy hour food pricing.

We were looking for a local restaurant with good food. A friendly person in the area recommended this place and they were right on the money! Five of us went there and we each ordered something different. I would recommend ordering the beer flights to see what works best with your meal. The food was so good that none of... More

Our visit for dinner was a comedy of errors. Waiter said computer messed up so one of the steak orders didn't get entered. Three of us could eat, one had to wait. Inside was noisy so we ate outside. I wouldn't order the fish & chips again. The waiter did warn us that the cole slaw was hot!
