The food and service is quite good. The Lunch Specials are good on the weekends as well as the weed days. We eat here quite often.

My GF and I visited here last week and the food was wonderful, We both found the staffs food knowledge a plus and very trustworthy. The service isn't as good as their other place in Montgomery. The service there was above all.I will return again to both places. Great place if you like great food and being pampered a little.

Before the restaurant boom a few years back, this place and the other Mexican restaurant, Rancheros, were the only Tex-Mex restaurants in town. The food is okay but the place is old and could use a bit of freshening up (stained ceiling tiles ...).

You know you have found the right place when you walk in and there is a table with six Texas State Troopers. They always know where the good food can be found. You name it....everything on the menu is really good. Their fajitas and enchiladas are exceptional.

I rate my restaurants based on their margaritas, and they definitely rank up there! The food I'm not so sure about because beyond the chips & hot sauce, I couldn't care less. However, my husband approves of their food. But definitely go for the margaritas, IF you can handle them!!!
