Although, my waistline will not be happy, I will have a great BBQ glazed smile on my face! I ate here the whole weekend when I stayed over on business. Great prime! Just dang tasteey! A order of baby back ribs were satisfying for lunch the other day along with some peach cobbler!! Thank you for just being there Rudy's!!!

Some of the best BBQ in town. Only con is the price. A little steep for BBQ. Also the atmosphere is lacking a little imagination.

I get the sliced brisket, lean, with rub for the full flavor experience. Not the best I have had but there are not any better alternatives in Lubbock I have found. Still looking.

This place was recommended on the street by several local people. They were correct, this place was great. I had turkey, ribs and some brisket, all were really good.

Not like the original in the Texas Hill Country, but only because it is a new built building with old town feel. Pretty good job in trying to create the "original" atmosphere. BBQ is good but not the best I have tasted. However for Lubbock it is the best. Decent gas prices (outside) also.

not sure I would say it is great bbq. It is just good bbq. Price seems a bit high to me on most things. Best deal is to buy it by the lb or 1/2 lb. I gave it 3 stars but would probably give it an additonal 1/2 star. 3.5 stars.

I like the brisket and it is consistent but not always what you ordered. I always order lean with rub and sometimes I get to much fat. The cobbler is good.

If you are looking for real Texas Bar-B-Q Rudy's is it. I had my first taste of Rudy's near San Antonio, TX and can't drive by one without stopping. Some peoplle like Kansas City BBQ, Some Carolina but my favorite is Texas BBQ. Can't be beat. When I think if Brisket, its gotta be Rudy's. Can't say enough good things... More

Went through the drive through - they were very busy, but sent a young lady out to take orders so yours was ready when you got to the window! Awesome food and awesome service!
