One of the best values in town.

Breakfast is my favorite meal to get here. Their daily lunch specials are also a great deal. Down home cooking and establishment. Has been a staple in Lubbock for many years. Highly recommend.

Sweet potatoe pancakes? Yes and they were delicious! This place is a great little spot of Texas Tech history. Service is always great and very friendly!

We are in town to celebrate a family graduation and the graduate wanted to eat at Pancake House "one last time" before moving back to DFW. There were numerous selections and the food was fantastic. Everything arrived at the table prepared exactly like it was ordered and the service was exceptional. Try the combination omelet! Yum!

When I walked in I was promptly seated and my server greated me with a smile. The restaurant has that old country style theme which is pretty cool. The service was really. My server was very attentive and my food was brought to me in a timely manner. The food was good. Eggs cooked right, fluffy bancakes and the bacon... More

Typically we eat breakfast at The Ranch House, but thought we'd give the Pancake House a try. Service was good, food average, coffee hot. Would we go back? Hmmm....I'd say we prefer the Ranch House.

This is a favorite breakfast place when we meet our Texas Tech student. There are many different types of pancakes, and they are very accommodating on mixing and matching to allow us to experience as many types as possible. An excellent choice for breakfast

We came for breakfast because it was close to our house but I don't think we will go back. The food was okay, but it was very noisy, a little crowded, and the decorations were outdated. I ordered sweet potato pancakes and only got two, had to add on sides for extra. The hours are strange, too, hope you don't... More

We ate here on a very busy morning. Service was great but some of the food was cold. Red velvet pancakes are different and good.
