My friends and I eat here at least once a month, and now my family has decided it's the place to eat when they're in town! Momma Sally takes care of us when we go in and the staff is always nice. The cinnamon roll pancakes are FANTASTIC, but I've never had anything there that wasn't good.

Was in Lubbock for a week this summer and stayed at the motel across the street. They open early with the regulars waiting in the parking lot. Had breakfast there every morning, eggs in different styles and was never disappointed. Service was prompt and a nice quiet atmosphere.

We occasionally eat here for breakfast or lunch if we are in the area. The breakfast is as good as you will find anywhere, my favorite is the sweet potato pancakes. Lunch is also good, diner type food that is filling and of quality. Prices are reasonable and service is normally good and friendly.

Always have to eat breakfast here when out on the South Plains. Classic old place with great, authentic signs on the inside...takes you back to the 1950s and a bygone era, and with excellent, no frills food. You always, always need to get the sweet potato pancakes along with egg dishes, etc. Some friends also tried, and liked, cinnamon roll... More

Everything fresh made; wonderful pancakes, eggs, bacon! Best in Lubbock and the service is always outstanding. Thank you once again for a job well done. We frequent this restaurant frequently. Sunday, the waiting line was across the parking lot to the front door! Well worth a wait for sure!!!!

Enjoyed the luxury of a leisurely weekday breakfast post-Paul McCartney concert at TT. I got the Hungry Boy with ham, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, 2 eggs, and 2 pancakes. Sweet potato pancake was very delish, hashbrowns on the dry side, but they had cholula sauce and served my tea with hot water in the little pot as well as the cup... More

Great place to eat. Food is very good. Not a fancy eatery, just a nice change of scenery. Somewhere they can put what they believe on the wall and tell the world about Jesus. We were impressed. Some western pictures also of Roy Rogers.

It's a rare pancake house that offers buckwheat pancakes. My order was perfectly cooked. The pancakes were not doughy inside but still moist. My friends were pleased with the blueberry pancakes and the sweet potato waffle. Coffee was only Ok. This is a Lubbock landmark and great family friendly place for a hearty breakfast.
