Description: In the 20th century times were simpler, dining out was reasonable, the service was excellent and cooking was an art. My staff and I have tried to capture that ambiance of simple elegance. Our traditional values extend even further: There are no heat lamps or microwaves in our kitchen. Everything comes to your table straight from the broilers and ovens - good and hot - the way it used to be. ~Lisa West~

This is a very nice elegant steakhouse for Lubbock. Their food is very pricey but good. The ambiance is perfect, dark and romantic, for that special date. It is owned by the same person that owns Spanky’s downtown so you get a homemade fried cheese stick with every meal. The steak I had was cooked to perfection, but like I... More

If you have ever been to a Ruths Chris Steakhouse and thought there wasn't much that could beat the atmosphere and flavor of the steaks, well, just wait until you taste the steaks!! The filet is so tender you can cut it with a fork and the flavor is all the way through the cut of meat. I have heard... More

I had visited a few times and found the food was very good, but overpriced for what you get and the ambiance of the restaurant. I went to buy 4 $75 gift certificates as a thank you for coaches that had worked with my son in high school. The entire experience was horrific! They had virtually no interest in going... More

I don't know why. You need a flashlight to read the menu. The fried cheese is not so special. Fifty fifty chance you get a tough streak. Other than that, its ok.

For the prices they charge, you would expect exceptional food and service. The service was definitely professional and attentive. But the food was nothing special. The spring salad with blue cheese has tiny bits of blue cheese that you could barely taste. The dressing was very hardly noticeable. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and the waiter has a flashlight... More

We had a romantic dinner here... great steaks, tasty sides. Pretty pricey, but worth it given the quality of the cuts. Service was excellent, they really worked hard to make sure everything was enjoyable. If you have a few extra bucks, worth it.

We had an excellent dinner in this hotel. They were very busy due to graduation weekend, but the service was efficient and the waitstaff friendly. We were a party of 10 and everyone really enjoyed their meal. We would definitely eat here again.

As a visitor to Lubbock we asked where the best restaurant and were highly recommended to book a table here. The advise was spot on as the food was superb. They served the best steaks we had tasted to date and our meal was accompanied by first class knowledgeable service. It was expensive but well worth it because it was a... More
