Real Mexican food is a feast for the senses. From colorful peppers to the sounds of sizzling fajitas all the way to that incredible flavor. Each mouthful is just as much a result of the freshest ingredients as it is a result of the chef's expertise. Abuelo's offers diners the opportunity to experience real Mexican food, combining authentic, made from scratch classic dishes with the rich, subtle flavors of coastal and interior Mexican cuisine. Our executive Chef Luis Sanchez has spent decades perfecting our menu, and we boast a wide selection of wood-grilled fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, chile rellenos or Abuelo's unique House Specialties (depending on your location). To compliment your meal, our expert bartenders are masters at crafting signature favorites, including a wide variety of margaritas and swirls. Whatever the occasion, we'll stop at nothing to make your time at Abuelo's a memorable dining experience.

This is a huge place, always busy, consistently good food and service. Enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, whatever you order, it's gonna be a winner. Order the hand-shaken margaritas. Friendly service staff, great bartenders and family atmosphere. No place else like it.

We took a chance, having never eaten here before. Food was good and our server was pleasant. Prices were reasonable. I might come bank again, but my tastes usually run toward a smaller more intimate setting.

I've been eating here for over 20 years and I've never had a bad meal. Their food is unique with many dishes I can't find elsewhere, but they also have traditional Tex Mex. It is one of my favorites all-time restaurants. Go early on the weekends to avoid a wait.

We live Abuelos! It is a nice casual dining place with terrific Mexican good. They are known for their papas- like a potatoe casserole side dish. The peach margaritas are sweet but delicious! It's a large restaurant so the wait is never terribly long. the pay out process is great- all electronic so quick and easy- you don't have to... More

Everyone at our table of four enjoyed their food. My husband had the pork tenderloin and said it was awesome. I had the firecracker shrimp and it was delicious. The service was so so, but that might be because we arrived 20 minutes before closing. We will be back!

My husband and I had the fajitas for 2 with chicken, steak and a double helping of shrimp. Hands down one of the best fajita dishes I've ever had. The atmosphere is very nice and our server, Tessa, was so attentive. We will be going back!

Good call on the fajitas, Mimi! And doubling up on shrimp -- I like your style. I'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Tessa as well. Looking forward to your next visit already! Until then, Brad, GM More

I visited Abuelo's with my Family on August 2nd, table 22, Terrible experience, Food took too long, half way our dinner, waiters started to swip, move tables and chairs around us. Did we enjoy our dinner? NO!, If you ask me if I would recommend them, I would say NO!, if you visit in the afternoon, the waiters are desperate... More

Very good food with options for smaller portions should you feel they are too big. Prices are not particularly cheap but adequate for the quality of the food. I highly recommend the "Pescado Guerrero". The staff is helpful and able to make useful recommendations. Average price per person is about USD 25-30 per person.

Abuelo's has very good tex-mex fare which begins with a wonderful assortment of salsas to go with their thin and crispy tortilla chips at your table. Each one of their entrees I have tried has been delicious and I always choose their pappas as a side in lieu of the standard refried beans or rice. What I want to bring... More
