Wonderful staff, very helpful. The deluxe Mexican dinner is awesome and get the chips and queso and you have a great date night. No matter the weather outside, you have a great family atmosphere inside !

Hot and fresh tex-mex for a reasonable price! Their fajita nacho plate is enough food for two people to eat!

Took our employees here for dinner. They liked it so much we had to come back again for another dinner before leaving town. This is not the best Mexican food I have ever had, but it is very good for the price and they have a good variety. I'm sure we will be back next trip.

We came here with a big group - 5 families and everyone really liked their food. If I lived in this town I would be here often. For 5.00 we got two big tostados with chicken, beef, or quacamole. I had quac added to my chicken tostados for only 1.00 each and the quac was great. Service was good. It... More

Nothing bothers me more than inconsistency at any restaurant. Rosa's is always good. They may have an occasional slip in consistency, but all in all my family loves this place! we eat there at least once a week, sometimes more. It can always be counted on to be good.

Rosa's is a chain restaurant that has good service, large portions, and average food. You place your order at a counter when you walk in, go sit down in the dining room, then pick-up your order when they call your number. Service was quick and friendly and we received our order quickly. They have a great salsa bar with a... More

We have many great Mexican eateries in Wichita Falls, but for the price...Rosa's Café is one that I wish we had here locally! Well maybe not such a great idea because I would weigh in twenty pounds more because of the hot tortillas adding to my girth. All fun aside, if you like to eat...I would recommend the beef or... My husband and I Love Fajitas. Rosa's beef fajita salad with mesquite grilled beef, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, beans, cheese and sour cream. I have them hold the cheese and sour cream. A good value with take out in less than 15 minutes. Their fajitas with tortillas is also excellent. They are served with beans and rice.
