Not a long wait to get a table. Our waitress, Paige, was courteous and attentive. The food was very good. I wasn't very hungry, so I had the Tortellini al Forno, which was delicious. I also tried the Oven-roasted with a balsamic drizzle and topped with grated parmesan. Served with a citrus aioli dipping sauce, which was not so great.... More

When we arrived the parking lot was very crowded but we decided to try anyway. To our surprise, we didn’t have to wait at all, Sherry, the hostess seated us right away. We’ve been here many times before and Sherry is always working the hostess station, she always greats us immediately and with a smile that won’t quit. She must... More

The food here is always consistently tasty with very good service. The restaurant is however also consistently dirty.

Met friends here for lunch - must meet early to get a seat in a timely manner. Gets really busy by noon. They usually seat us where we prefer (away from loud music) and don't fuss at us or rush us after we finish our meal while we visit. We really appreciate that and often meet here to eat lunch... We have not been to an Olive Garden in quite a few years, not because of a bad experience, just didn't think a chain dining experience was something to seek out. However, we recently did take-out at this Lubbock location, and were surprised at the quality and tastiness of the dishes. They also packed all the condiments and other essentials... More

Used to eat at this restaurant all the time and loved it. In the last year or so, the service has really declined. Wait staff kept staking dirty dishes right beside us on a decorative ledge and leaving them. They sat there for most of our meal. Waitress had long hair and every time she leaned over, her hair would... More

To be to the point...if it wasn't for the salad and dressing, I would never step foot into Olive Garden again. Entrees lack flavor and imagination, servers lack any type of enthusiasm or genuine desire to serve, and the building is run down and filthy.

For the price they need to work on quality, presentation, well just about everything food related. The service was fine but better Italian food exists every where. I had the eggplant pram and it was so frozen, fried and plopped on the plate it was sad. For 14 bucks I expect better quality.

Our servers name was Ivan and he was very speedy and took very good care of us. I got the $12.99 buy one take one, and he did forget to put the take one order in but it came out within 5 minutes. The mezzaluna ravioli with five cheese marinara was to die for. My husband got the steak gorgonzola... More
