Good food and pretty girls

This is a former dance hall and roadhouse converted into a cavernous dining hall staffed by very attractive waitresses who efficiently distribute beer, barbecue, and burgers to an appreciative crowd of mostly locals. In other words, pure Texas. And the best meal we had in Lubbock. We had the... read more

Open for breakfast and lunch, this is a great place to go when you find yourself in The Hub City. The menu is of a country diner variety, and the food is country diner good. Big breakfasts, chicken fried steak, burgers, etc.--you get the picture. And the pies... You could just go for the pies. The waitstaff are friendly and... More
