I have been eating at Thai Thai for many years. I moved away from Lubbock years ago, but I never go through Lubbock without eating at Thai Thai. The owner knows me so well he writes my order down before I get to him. He always jokes with me and says, " I don't know why you move away, you... More

Where has this place been during all the times I've visited Lubbock. Let's start with the service...it was quick and my order was correct. The staff is very nice. Now the food...who knew that egg drop soup could taste any better than it already did. They put their own little spin on egg drop soup by adding some additional spices... More

Average Thai food served by a cantankerous owner. Because of convenience, I've been going to this restaurant for several years. During this time I have yet to see the owner display any type of human emotion. Really the only constant is the food's average quality. On the plus side, quantity is normally good and the restaurant is consistently clean.

Excellent chef. The owner has suboptimal service attitude. The location is good. Need to try the basil beef.

I looked forward to Thai food all day after seeing this was near a conference I had. The food, not that great. I also felt it was fairly overpriced. $14 for one entree and egg rolls seemed excessive. The egg rolls were greasy and without flavor, and so was my meal. Very disappointed. The restaurant itself was no frills plain,... More

Was in Lubbock for business and wanted Thai food and this is close to hotel. Spring roll was overcooked and greasy and my food was average. Not bad but not great. Will try the one closer to Tech campus next time. Nothing fancy but from what I saw they grow their own basil and peppers outside. It was clean inside... More

Ummm, yeah-no place is better than Thai Thai in Lubbock, Tx. Get the spicy basil and chicken dish in a fish sauce. I can never remember the name of it, but there is only one basil chicken dish. OMG!!!

It doesn't look like much and the location isn't anything to write home about, but what a surprise! The food was most excellent. Some of the best Thai food we've had since our trip to Thailand. Just the right amount of spice, no surprises. I had the #36 Gang Ga Ree which was exactly the way I like it and... More

We were visiting our daughter and she recommended Thai Thai. We travel a lot, all over the world and I was just appauled by the staff. Their menu is posted on the wall, with the ingredients listed below. I ordered #38, because it had no cilantro or noodles listed and when my order came it had both. I thought there... More

Invite a friend to eat and bet on what color shirt the owner will wear. Your guest will buy if you claim the color yellow. In honor of the Thai ruler, yellow is the only color Radum will wear. Real Thai food prepared fresh by a local Thai family. Not fancy, the restaurant is in an old McDonald's. Order your... More
