Great Food and Service

I are here at lunch on business. It was really good and felt like we were out of Lubbock. I had the Caesar Wrap and it was really good. All my colleagues agreed that it was a great lunch and they enjoyed their food as well.

Well...the food is hit or miss but the coconut cake is always amazing and never fails-although pricey. The service is another story--expect to be there forever and if your on a schedule, go somewhere else.

Service was fair but we gave the waiter a break being over worked. It took so long for lunch to arrive that I asked if we could have some bread and butter. No, we only have bread at night but I'll go check on your order. The burger was good but he'd put the apple crunch salad in wrong........I'm guessing... More

My Dad selected Manna for his 87th birthday dinner. Our group of three had the green chile crab cakes to start. Even though there was more "cake" than "crab", this was by far the best thing we ate. The tortilla chicken was ordinary and bland...the featured "house potatoes" were unoriginal mashed potatoes; the flounder in white wine and dill cream... More

This is a very small place serving a limited menu. The service is usually good, food is good depending on what your order. The one disappointment is the coconut cake. It used to be fantastic, but since the new owners arrived, it has never been the same. We can now feel ok walking out without our dessert.

Had a wonderful dinner with friend when traveling through Lubbock. We have stayed in the area before and never knew about this place. It is hidden in a small group of business buildings just off the service road. We were there on a Wednesday evening and only a few tables were being used. The food was very good with a... More

We went to Manna for brunch. We had gone a few weeks ago and gotten the churro French toast and had invited people with us because we had told them how good it was. On our prior visit, it had come out with 3 thick slices of bread covered with cinnamon and sugar. Today, I received 1 piece and a... More

Manna was once one of our favorite restaurants. Not so anymore, and we attribute that directly to the extremely poor management style of the owner, who one often sees sitting at a table with friends with a table full of food and usually a couple of bottles of wine and/or champagne. Easter 2015 was and will always be our last... More

We ate here last night as a second chance to Manna. Last time we are there, the food was awful, but we had heard amazing things about their brunch menu so we decided to give them another try. We arrived for our reservation for brunch (that we made one week in advance), but the ovens weren't working. So they gave... More

Excellent restaurant tucked away in a shopping area near Texas Tech University. Sea food offerings were fresh and well prepared. Staff was attentive and prices were reasonable.
