Three of us arrived for dinner on a Wed night prior to a show at Cactus theater. Apparently they didn't know there would be a show across the street because there weren't nearly enough people working. The receptionist suggested we eat in the bar, but after sitting there for 20 minutes and not being acknowledged, we put our name in... More

Ate there last night ....graduation day. Staff were wore out by our 915 seating. One steak way overdone on sent back under done. Got it back still not done. Seating was a mess due to graduation. Was not that impressed.

I love going to a local brewery whenever I travel. Since I live here in Lubbock, Triple J is seemingly always around the corner. I have had steak, chicken, pizza, and big salads at Triple J. All really good. The beer is simply outstanding! I wish they had more consistent batches of IPA and Pilsner. I guess it sells very... More

This restaurant is in a FUN location, Lubbock historical district. The atmosphere is LOUD. The food is good and consistent. Locally owned and operated! They have live music from local talent. Well worth the trip downtown!

The steaks are very good along with salads and sides . Service is good. This place has been very consistent. One if the best steak place in Lubbock for the price.

We came across Triple J after wondering around town on a Saturday night in our road trip, we finally decided to check inside because we were really hungry and kinda desperate, great decision we made. As soon as we opened the door there was an incredible enviroment, lots of people, nice food smell, you could feel it was a good... More

We usually eat here every time we come to Lubbock, so we've been here a lot. It is one of my favorite places, but it is inconsistent. Prices are moderate to high for what you're getting. I like the craft beers. There are always some good selections and I have never been disappointed. The decor and atmosphere are comfortable and... More

Being a Lubbock native, I ate here during college when Triple J was Hub City Brewery. I've been here twice since it has been Triple J. I met an out of town guest here after work last week. My impression of the food is that it's pretty average. My chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were lukewarm when they were... More

My colleagues and friends at Texas Tech University chose to have dinner with me at this restaurant during my recent visit to the university to speak to students and faculty and consult. I enjoyed dinner (steak), and the live music. The service was very good. Nice atmosphere. The only problem was the music was a bit loud for having dinnertime... More
