Make a reservation

Make a reservation is advisable. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for a table. It was well worth it though. Our waitress was awesome. We asked to try some of the beers first before ordering. Both were good and we ordered one of them. We all ordered steaks and all came out to perfection! Melt... read more

Upon researching which best pubs and places to eat and drink in Lubbock, I came across this one immediately. Had to find it and it wasn't too far from where we were staying. Located along Buddy Holly Avenue, this chophouse serves many different items on it's list and has a small but great selection of craft beers. I had the... More

We had the chicken pot pie on this trip. It was creamy and rich and full of veggies and plenty of meat. A delight.

Great food & great service! We came with 5 kids in our party of 9. Everyone was happy, ate a great meal, and we had great service. Can't wait to go back!

On Fridays and Saturdays, they serve prime rib. It was tender and very tasty. The issue I had with Triple J was not with the food or serve but with the greasy floors. They have rugs laid out everywhere for this reason (I suppose). I almost fell heading to the restroom in flat riding boots. Super slippery floors - not... More

Yeah, if all caps means shouting, I wish I could've doubled the font and bolded it. Dang! It was truly painful. Not only did the music assault our senses, but conversation was impossible. Don't get me wrong, the musician was very talented, just WAY TOO LOUD, by about 7x. Good food, good beer, good manager (who unsuccessfully asked the dude... More

I've been here a couple of times while in Lubbock and enjoyed the food but this time the service was exceptional. Sidney was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely make it a point to stop in for dinner the next time I'm in the area! Sidney - GREAT JOB! Keep up the awesome attitude!!

Saturday night. Lubbock streets frozen solid. Cabs not running. TXBohemian is old school and has no idea what Uber is, so a decision was made to load up the rent car and slide down to the Depot District in search of quality steaks at Triple J. Called ahead and surprisingly Triple J was open with a short wait. Triple J... More

We try to make it out to triple J once or twice a month and it never disappoints. They, hands down, have the best steaks in Lubbock. The staff is always very friendly and on our most recent visit, our waiter, Sean, did a very good job in making sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend this place if... More

no food is worth dying for. I have been here numerous times and have been approached nearly every time by someone panhandling. my young children have even been approached and terrified when I went back to my car to make sure I locked it. this place redefines scary. atleast hire someone to keep the panhandlers off of your guest and...
