Gonzalo's is a family tradition for us when we are visiting for Thanksgiving. We always enjoy the good food and Mr. Gonzalo is always the perfect host making us feel welcome and joking around with us. The restaurant is small but is usually crowded and this time was no exception. The service is great and it is inexpensive.

It's not new, flashy, or trendy, but the food is consistently excellent and the owner is a wonderful man. I've been trying to order different things when I go but I really love the chicken enchiladas. I will keep coming here as... More

After standing in the waiting area for an unreasonable amount of time, I noticed that a women (not the hostess) kept coming up and giving the "top secret hand sign????" and seating people ahead of those of us who had been waiting WAY too long.

Gonzalo's has been serving fresh, hot Mexican food from the same location for over 30 years, and we have been going there when we were in the areafor most of those years, usually for lunch. If you are looking for fancy decor, you will be disappointed, but if you want good basic Mexican food (tacos, enciladas, tamales, rice, refried beans,... More
