I love chicken. I won't mention fried because this place doesn't fry it. Rotisserie over wood fire. I'll call that method my second favorite. Very juicy white meat! Just the right amount of seasoning! Excellent green beans and corn. Fast service, clean restrooms. And reasonable prices. I will be back. I might try the chicken enchiladas next.

I have eaten here before and loved it. But we show up at noontime on a Monday and they are out of most everything. The waiter was not clear and needed more instruction. I had chicken salad because the rest of my party had ordered or I would have left. Get it together. I know it is busy but you... More

On recommendations from others that have eaten here we ordered our Thanksgiving turkey from Cowboy Chicken. BIG mistake. This turkey (and I do mean turkey) is dry and over cooked. I am glad we bought a spiral cut ham as a back up. Once burned, twice warned.

Cowboy Chicken is delicious! I really love any opportunity to enjoy a great piece of well seasoned, juicy (but not greasy) chicken with a wide variety of fresh, well prepared sides!!! The baked sweet potatoes and creamed spinach are my favs!!! The staff adds to the Cowboy Chicken dining experience!! They have the friendliest employees. I make it my business... More

let me start by saying my husband had received some gift cards for Cowboy Chicken so we tried it. When we came in we were greeted very nicely, asked if we'd ever been, and given information about the menu choices. There is a lot of variety. We ordered our food. It came to us and here is what I have... More

Never heard of this place but a local hotel had recommended it. There was a long line but well worth the wait. My food came fast the people where nice and even helped bag my left overs to go back to my hotel.

We have eaten at the fast-casual restaurant a couple of times, and I really enjoyed the food very much. The chicken is so moist and tender and flavorful and the side dishes are very good as well. This is like home cooking with a little smoke flavor thrown in. It is family-friendly and very casual with a smokehouse/barn-like decor. I... More

Their enchiladas are amazing! Also their chicken breasts are so moist and tender... Delicious! The boneless grilled chicken is a little more dry, but still very tender. And best homemade Mac and cheese is TX! So cheesy and rich! Love the rotisserie being visible in the restaurant. Wish it was sit down and order instead of order at the counter...... More

The chicken has LOTS of flavor. The kettle chips, spinach, black beans, & sweet potatoes are great side dishes. Their chicken enchiladas are to die for (only prepared 1 way with a tangy tomatillo sauce). Only drawback, is that if you order the white meat only, the chicken will be a little dry. You can use their bbq sauce to... More

They cook the chickens rotisserie style right in the restaurant. (You can see them roasting behind glass.) The chicken is fabulous - much better than any at the local grocery or member stores. The sides are a little lacking though. The mac & cheese is really dry & they don't drain the kettle chips (they come out dripping & saturated... More
