Great place anytime - more affordable for lunch. Wide variety on the menu. Sesame chicken is my favorite. I have it as a salad to avoid the rice. Others in the group always enjoy the great sushi - great selection. The place is clean and comfortable. The service is always excellent.

I love Lettuce Wraps from PFChang's but GZ's does Lettuce Wraps better than them! Also, their shrimp tempura will melt in your mouth with just the right amount of crunch. Yum! The food is dished beautifully so it is very appealing to the eye but the first taste is what wins you over. Wonderful food. Great wine list. All presented... More

I was in Longview for a bit longer than usual so began searching for some different places to eat. Only so much BBQ and chicken fried steak one can take. Came across GZ and its generally very good reviews so gave it a try for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Seared ahi appetizer was good. Reasonable quality tuna, especially considering... More

I see that this restaurant is ranked Number 1 in Longview. I was taken there for a lunch meeting and I ordered a medium steak. It came out burnt on the outside and a little pink on the inside. I took it back and they gave me another one exactly the same. I will never eat there again. It tasted... More

I've eaten at GZ's several times over the years and it's always been very good. I don't care for sushi, but those I'm with who do really enjoy it. I'm partial to the Mongolian Beef, but all the other dishes I've tried have also been good. The items are just a tad pricy, but if you're in the mood for... More

GZ has good service and great food, but a bit on the pricey side. I had the Walnut Shrimp which is excellent. One of the best oriental style shrimp dishes I have ever had.

The locals just simply call it GZ's. It's a nice place to go when you're prepared to spend a little more for something nice. The sushi is really great. I wouldn't recommend bringing the whole family here if you have young ones.

I have eaten at GZ several times. Both the owner and the staff are very friendly. The service is always good and the food is too. It is a bit pricey, but I trust them for sushi! I've never had a bad meal there.
