Friends of mine chose this Rudy's for lunch. I am not big on BBQ, but they said it was good. What made this Rudy's better than average for me is, my order of half-chicken was really, really, good. Every time I eat BBQ, I get some kind of chicken. Since BBQ is more of a meal for brisket, sausage, and... More

Not the best food in Laredo - but not bad BBQ. We ordered half a pound each of brisket and turkey 3 sides 1 dessert and 2 drinks. Total was 40 dlls. Note that meat portions were over cut and our half pound requests easily were .75 which upped the bill. The turkey was great but the "moist" brisket was... More

Anytime we visit Texas, Rudy's BBQ is a must for us! You can fuel up your auto and your belly all at the same visit! Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I have tried their pulled pork and the brisket, both were excellent wood smoked meats. Their sides are what keep them from a five. The coleslaw is on par with KFC. They do have good tea.

I have been to several Rudy's all over Texas and I can say this is by far the best! their meat looked and tasted amazing! I have never had meat this juicy and fresh. The employee that was cutting the meat should teach other locations. The employees were very friendly! Above all else they were clean and fast! A++

You can't go wrong for great BBQ brisket Texas style at Rudy's! There are many great small brisket joints in Texas, but this restaurant chain has it figured out. I would love to see them open in North Carolina. Their moist brisket and sausage is absolutely outstanding! I was in Laredo for two days and I ate there 3 times!... More

I liked it all. The food was great! I love ribs. These were tender and fell off the bone. The sides were also tasty.

We used to be regular customers at Rudy's in Albuquerque and loved it. While visiting Laredo, we passed a Rudy's and wondered if it was the same place... We stopped - and it was. It was absolutely wonderful. Family style tables, FABULOUS food, and decent prices. We really like the chili verde, the ribs, and so many other items -... More

Brisket - very nice; sausage - very nice, a bit spicey, but nice; beans - very nice. When ordering brisket, go for the moist.
