Great value

I had the egg salad sandwich, it. Was great. Nice and fresh. With chips and choice of desert just $6.25! Nothing fancy, just a quaint little place with good food

Love to eat at this quaint downtown Kyle restaurant. I always manage to buy a slice of pie. Food is good, too.

An old fashion diner that serves a daily Lunch plate. Chicken pot pie wIth a salad and a dessert at a bargain rate and delicious. You may get meatloaf or chicken and dumplings on another day.But he best thing ever are the pies. My favorites are the blackberry and the Texas pecan. You can get a great chocolate cream pie... I was really excited about visiting here with my kiddos. When we walked in at 430 it was empty. When we were greeted I said it was our first time here and if she had any suggestions. Nope. I asked about the king ranch special-and she let me know she would heat some up if I really wanted it. Her... More

We had the King Ranch Chicken lunch special (offered Mondays and Tuesdays) with salad and tea. Very simple meal (similar to a chicken enchilada), but we cleaned our plates! And we couldn't possibly eat here without ordering some pie, so we had the Peanut Butter Mousse pie. A bit too sweet for my taste, but still very yummy. I would... More

From Austin, exploring Cabela's Outfitters store and the small town of Blanco on a cloudy, drizzly weekend day, having lunch and then driving around to see more of the countryside, we 2 had a craving for an afternoon dessert. We 'googled' our phone for pie, and the Texas Pie Company "popped up" from our search. We found it, and stopped... More

Big, delicious pies are just the main attraction. The deli style lunch choices & other desserts are yummy. Locals order Thanksgiving pies by the hundreds here far in advance.

Great tasting pies and cakes. They serve lunch and have a down home atmosphere. We enjoyed the food and good service.

The first thing that grabs your attention is the giant slice of pie sitting above their door. Once inside you have a pretty big selection of pie to pick from. They also sell rice crispy treats, cookies and brownie like concoctions. So far I think my favorite pie is the lemon chess. My husband likes the chocolate, fudge pecan. We... More

Their motto about 'life being short so eat pie' is perfect. Nothing like a pie crust made with butter and flour! Yummy!
