Found this while antiquing down the street. Very nice and cool restaurant that uses VERY fresh fruit and vegetables and breads. Has they special of chicken salad with guacamole and pic de gallo served with a cup of tortilla soup. With had the veggie sandwich with the freshest rye bread that was terrific. Will definitely stop in again when in... More

Francisco's is a local favorite and always guaranteed to deliver an excellent meal. My favorites are the tortilla soup and the fish tacos but they have some excellent other selections. While there you can view some eclectic pieces of art and enjoy the downtown location. I highly recommend.

We had lunch here with a friend. This small restaurant is located in an easy to find downtown location and exudes old building charm. The limestone two story walls were adorned with colorful paintings. The Green Posole soup was outstanding! The other food was also very good. The food and the "feel" is right on! Try it!

I have been here twice. The first time I had the pastrami sandwich, I would not recommend it. The second time, I ordered the nachos and I was very happy with them.

Lunches here are always creative, fresh and delicious! Their chicken salad is the absolute best around, and so are the soups. Service is always flawless, fast and attentive. Great place to eat in downtown Kerrvlle. The building inside is worth a trip, just to see it! But the food puts your visit over the top.

The theme of my wife & my trip was "first choice closed; holy cow, glad it was!" We really were hankering for Korean when we stopped in Kerrville, but sadly that place was mysteriously closed (with ambiguous open hours when we checked). Well, we checked the standard websites and decided on Francisco's, and we're thankful we did. The location is... More

This is a downtown restaurant with personality. The quality is consistently good. The menu is Bistro-type. I visited recently for lunch on a nice day and sat outside in the sidewalk seating. It was comfortable seating and a very nice experience. Service is very good and consistently so.

We were in Kerrville for an art show and some locals told us that Fransisco 's was quite good. They were less than a block from our booth so we opted to try them for dinner. Man oh man , what an unexpected pleasure. The food was fabulous. We ordered from the specials that night , starting with the fried... More

Upscale and creative. The food has a different take on mexican and american favorites. The gazpacho is wonderful. Many of the offerings are lighter version of typical mexican. Very creative and tasty! Go here if you get the chance.
