Not the best atmosphere but a great family friendly restaurant with great pad Thai! Owners are always welcoming and make you feel at home!

With an innocuous name like Kemah Café, you kind of expect the normal café fare - burgers, fries, blue plates, etcetera, but this is a Vietnamese restaurant. If that you want, then it is pretty good. My cousin and I had the Caffee Suh Dah (sp?) which is very strong coffee with condensed milk that is poured over ice when... More

I enjoy going here in the evening because it has simple good foods, friendly attentive staff and quick service. It's just a little cafe offering mainly Vietnamese (but also Chinese) food and no beer or wine. Many go by for the pick-up service as well. Dishes I like include the pho (soup), vermicelli bowls with grilled meat or seafood, and... More

I have coming to eat Pho here since they opened. Definitely the best Pho in the area and I have eaten at them all. I personally have never had anything but good service. The prices are good. My ony thing I don't like is the traffic to get out since it is near the light. Other than that it is... More

This is probably the worst service I have ever received. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. While trying to have an enjoyable moment with my family ,the service was horrible, they messed up on my food twice!and we were the only customers at the moment, the waiter rolled his eyes while setting the food down. And basically sat a table... More

We ate the buffet lunch. The buffet included seafood, beef, chicken, and pork. There was a good variety of food.

Pho was good, not great, and a bit salty. I am accustomed to Pho with the full range of accompanying vegetables. This just came with bean sprouts, jalapeno slices and cilantro, no basil or lemon grass. Other Chinese food items on menu were just so-so, either swimming in sauce or overly cooked. There are other options for Pho in the... More

This is our "local" pho place and we love. Very consistent and always enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable, the service is friend and quick. Love their fried tofu appetizer.

The Veggie Pho S13 is good as it is or I now order with no noodles and steamed tofu for an even healthier dish. Yummy! To-go orders are fast as well. Good for friends lunch, family dinning, couples, as well as solo. We eat and order from here often.
