We ate lunch here. We ordered the past primavera and our child had the grilled cheese and fries. Our food quality was not that great. Our child's lunch was fine. Lots of noise inside the restaurant with animal and jungle noise. Service was average and food was slow to come out. Manager came by to ask us how everything was... More

This is OK for the very young but not where I would go for an expensive date night out. We have taken our three grand daughters here for most of their birthdays until they are about 10 years old. We celebrated our youngest's birthday here at her request. The food is actually reasonably good but also very overpriced and the... More

It is rare to find a children's place that also has good food. Many stock cardboard pizza and make money off the kids' games but at the Rainforest Cafe, children are entertained by life size animal models that come out every few minutes to trumpet or howl while grown-ups actually enjoy the eating experience. Paul was our "safari guide" and... More

We went there as a couple and although the atmosphere was great and the servers friendly the service was slow and the food was average. Go there if you have kids but if you are a couple go somewhere else.

Food is expensive and honestly not that great. Service was just ok. Our server was too busy singing happy birthday to everyone and delivering $15 desserts to come check on us. Took forever to get the check. We had a burger and fries and a Cobb salad plus two kids meals(which we had free coupons for) and our bill was... More

Every time in the Houston area we NEED to stop at the rainforest. Staff service food entertainment is wonderful. Like going on a mini vacation.

Great place for kids birthdays and other celebrations. My little one was excited to see moving animals. Adults will enjoy their food. They provide delicious shrimps of all sorts.

This place was really fun and I loved the cheery atmosphere! The food was very good, especially the chocolate volcano desert. The service was really good also! Recommended!

On Jan 31, 2013 I took my special needs class to Rainforest Cafe in Katy Mills Mall. I called the day before informing the cafe that we would be coming & also made reservations. When my class, staff, 1parent, & myself got there, it was no problem being seated cause it was lunch time & only 3 other tables were... More

Going to the Rainforest Café, whether it is here in Houston, Nashville or Orlando, we have always had great food and drinks. We have taken several small children and it is fun to watch their faces when the animals start making sounds. We visit the Rainforest in the Katy Mills mall at least once a month, and one of our...
