Not worth the price I paid

Food was poor. Bought brisket for myself and for my coworker on his birthday. The brisket was so dry neither of us finished out plates. With 2 brisket plates and 4 sides I paid $35. We threw away the sides and ate half the brisket because it didn't taste good. The staff was very friendly though and... read more

pulled off the freeway at 8.30, tired and hungry. Coopers adjacent to the motel. not knowing what to expect, we went in, just before closing. My wife got the last ribs, I ended up with a pork chop. Simply put-unbelievable. Absolutely the best chop I have ever sunk my teeth into. My wife reported the ribs were great too, and... More

Nice place for a Texas BBQ restaurant . Had lunch for two @ $35 would you believe ? Two meat plate included brisket & ribs. Other was one meat plate of brisket. Ribs were okay, brisket was strange but okay. Sides of beans and potato salad was generic. Plate server needs course on salesmanship. They even have scale to measure... More

The sibling who opened this place in Junction should be disowned by the rest of the family and Take his namesake Away. The Coopers establishments in other parts of the state are superb, this place just plain stinks. The BBQ is horrible, it is overpriced and it is served by the most unfriendly, snotty people in the state. They could... More

We tried the two meat plate with sausage and brisket and the one meat plate with turkey. All the meats were tasty and tender. The plates come two sides, white loaf bread, dill pickles and onions. We tried the blackberry cobbler and the peach cobbler. Their cobbler is more pie-crust style and not very sweet.

Stopped here while driving from Austin to LA. Food is okay. Nothing great but not a bad lunch either. I liked the sausage the best.

When traveling, we always stop here for BBQ. The sauce is amazing and the BBQ turkey is TO DIE FOR! My husband likes the brisket.

The food was horrible first of all , me and my girlfriend had been to the real coopers in Llano And our expectations and taste buds were blown out of the water. At this location you DON'T pick your meat off the pit and they don't even have steak or the jalapeño mac and cheese. The staff was not as... More

We arrived here late on a Sunday. Had the BBQ chicken which was very good. For dessert we had the blackberry cobbler that was very good.

There is a Coopers BBQ in Texas that was opened by Dad Cooper in Mason. Dad Cooper has some sons. One opened a location in Llano. Great food. The one in Junction opened by another son is horrible. Stopped hoping for something close to Llano location. Not even in the same bbq universe. The brisket looked like it had been... More
