Excellent rolls, good food.

I was pleased with the food. Chicken strip were good and my salad was fresh and crisp. The rolls maybe the best I have had. Only negatives were the smoking and the fact the waitress would never. Shut. Up. Talked 100 miles an hour the whole time and the cook had to bring our food out, since she was... read more

Group of 6 left due to Bad Service. Waitress insisted that our hamburgers come well done. Otherwise we had to sign a disclaimer in the case their meat makes us sick. ??? We weren't requesting rare. When we made the decision to eat somewhere else, the people in the kitchen started to laugh. Not impressed. A food establishment really should... More

We were in here for dinner on 4/16. The service was poor. We waited for 30 minutes for our food before we asked our waitress about our order. Ten minutes later our food arrived...COLD. There were eight of us in our party. The owner gave us a 10% discount off the meal. Will NEVER return here again.

This is not a non smoking restaurant and immediately knew that I would dislike this. Waitress was new and could answer not questions about the food. Kept saying "today is my first day" French Fries looked and tasted like they had been fried in old grease. More of a beer drinking place.

A recent lunch with friends was consistent with our last visit to Auntie Skinner's, which was months ago; fun atmosphere, good service, and good food. I may need to expand my horizons in Jefferson, but it's difficult to pass on this restaurant, to plunge into the unknown.

We ate there one evening. The food was good and they had a band. So food and music. Nice. Prices weren't too bad either. I would go again.

My wife and I ate here after an evening arrival in town. The menu is broad which is a positive. Service was very good and attentive. Can't exactly rave about the food though. It was mediocre for the price. The place does allow smoking, which we don't do, and though not terribly overpowering (not crowded that night) it was enough... More

Definition: “Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.” Please let me start by saying that the following isn’t written out of hate, anger or revenge. But more of outrage and offense in that we as... More

Came in with a group of six and ordered our lunch. We then waited and waited, an hour passed and it was quite obvious that our server was avoiding our table. No explaination, no refills on our iced tea, nothing. When one of our party finally got up and sought out our server, she was given an excuse and a rude... More

Auntie Skinners used to be the only place in town to drink and dine, but with the new additions of The CorkYard, The Franchise and The Knight Lite Tavern, we will never go back. Aunties is horribly understaffed during event weekends. The food is mediocre and the drinks are watered down. The service is TERRIBLE. Our friends waited 45 minutes... More
