Sushi galore!!

The best, fun modern atmosphere, outstanding fresh sushi, and the ahi tower is --no question-- the best thing you have ever eaten, of any kind, anywhere. It, simply, gives meaning to life!!!

This is your typical American style sushi place. Great for happy hours, great for the sushi fix. This isn't the place you want to take Mr. Yamato-san for some chicken katsu or pork cutlet. This is the place you take Bob who loves the tempura rolls with the spicy mayo. I give the rolls 4.5 out of 5 stars and... More

This is a must visit for sushi when in the area. Fresh, quality sushi! Great atmosphere (love the background behind the sushi bar) and always friendly service! A place I frequent when in the area.

Arrived at The Blue Fish per suggestions from various review sites, and craving good sushi. The service was very prompt and professional, and the wait time was acceptable. The atmosphere at this establishment has a business- casual NY feel. The sushi and appetizers were very fresh and so tasty! I highly recommend the Louisiana roll and Kobe potstickers. :)

We were in the area on business and wanted to switch it up from the beef and chicken dinners we had eaten every night prior, so we stopped in for some sushi. It was a Thursday night around 7p and it was pretty busy; 15 minute wait for a table. We decided to order a drink at the bar while... More

I recently relocated to Dallas from Chicago and I am in search of wonderful cuisine. My colleagues took my The Blue Fish on a Tuesday, and returned two days later! What a great surprise -- good sushi in the heart of Texas! During lunch the restaurant is busy, but the servers are extremely efficient. My favorites: Ahi Tuna Tower -... More

Needed a change of food from Steak and Chicken, we decided to try the Blue Fish as it was near our hotel without checking TripAdvisor. We went in at 6pm, and found the restaurant quite empty, but it filled up fully during our meal. Service was top class throughout our dinner. We had hot Green Tea served in a Mug!!... More

Joined my colleagues for diner in The Blue Fish Las Colinas. Very crowded place, even on a Wednesday evening. Limited choice for non-sushi part, but the steak I ordered was OK though. Food overpriced, and waiter not giving enough attention due to the place being so crowded. Would not return here, but I am sure thousands of other will for... More

I have been there twice and always got good recommendations from the staff. Always good sushi. One rainbow sushi is enough for one person, if not starving to die :)

It might be a stretch to give it five stars, in my book, but the food was excellent. We had summer rolls which were fresh "spring rolls" elsewhere that were generously stuffed with crab. They were wonderful; perhaps the best fresh spring rolls I've had. We both had variations of sashimi and salad. My mix of sashimi and a little... More
